    This is a IOUSBHostFamily.kext from a clean install of ElCapitan 10.11.5 with following modifications :
     
    removed AppleUSBEHCI.kext, AppleUSBEHCIPCI.kext, AppleUSBOHCI.kext, AppleUSBOHCIPCI.kext, AppleUSBUHCI.kext, AppleUSBUHCIPCI.kext, AppleUSBXHCI.kext, AppleUSBXHCIPCI.kext from Plugins folder.
     
    added previous Yosemite versions of AppleUSBEHCI.kext, AppleUSBOHCI.kext, AppleUSBUHCI.kext, AppleUSBXHCI.kext (taken from IOUSBFamily.kext Plugins folder, from a clean install of Yosemite 10.10.5) inside Plugins folder.
     
    This allows to use Yosemite compatible USB devices, such as Avid/M-Audio Fast Track Ultra USB soundcard, with ElCapitan.

  9. Dell Optiplex 760 (780) fix for analog inputs-outputs and for HDMI audio output for Nvidia GeForce 210

    Fix the HDMI audio output of GeForce 210 ( Tested on 10.11.3 stable) . The HDMI output works and also the analog outputs of logic board work as well.
    Installation instructions worked for me:
     
    1)Install both kexts on S/L/E and rebuild kext cache with kext wizard or MTH
    2)Reboot
    3)Go to system preferences/sound and select the second HDMI output (is the only will work) or select analog outputs e.g. for headphones.
    3)Enjoy

    then "sudo kextcache -prelinked-kernel" with Terminal
    double reboot !!!!!! before CSR 0x00

    This will enable your analog 6 channel surround sound using AppleHDA's native multi-channel DSP support. Furthermore, all jacks work!
     
    Under System Preferences, select Internal Speakers, and there the analog 6 channel surround sound should be.
    No need to create aggregate device in Audio MIDI Setup!
     
    Internal Speakers can be automatically switched to headphone after plugging headphone in.
    Internal microphone (rear mic) can be automatically switched to Line In (front mic) after plugging front mic in.
     
    "Use ambient noise reduction" is available when using Internal microphone (rear mic.)
     
    Add this Method DSM under HDEF:
