Might have been my external SSD, but finally everything is up and running now. Next step is to move the SSD to my X299 Hack, with opencore running a stable Catalina. As they say 'Every journey begins with ................. etc, etc. Yeah that's correct, it's just a matter of time but yet I was hoping that the system didn't froze in that stage, so far I only had luck to boot into the installer on my Haswell rig, no luck on the Skylake nor the IvyBridge yet. anhlavua Posted June 25, 2020 Share Posted June 25, 2020 (edited) I tried Cyberdevs' EFI on my Haswell system, got pass the [EB] screen, but stuck after purple lines showed up. I'm using Rx580 GPU, does anyone have a solution?
