The following kernel panic occurs after waking from sleep when using notebook without HDMI monitor connected: AppleHDAHDMI_DPDriver::setPowerState(0xffffff803e948400 : 0xffffff7f8e560730, 0 -> 1) timed out after 10422 ms Full log: https://pastebin.com/4mzsN8pL When I use monitor connected to HDMI I don't get this error. Successfully updated to DP7 by directly running the patched, full installer app in DP6 on my legacy Dell XPS M1530 with non metal Tesla Geforce 8600M GT... This two update (DP6/7) by Preference/Software Update Relocated Items (alias) folder on Desktop. Original in usr/shared/ What is the solution? I'll get message, that Catalina Beta app does not appear to be a valid OS installer application ! solved: downloaded DMG was corrupt. Stick still created. I just tried it under Mojave 10.14.6, it is ok so it loads with the link from Github: curl -O https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Gengik84/MacOS_Updater/Catalina/MacOS_Updater && chmod +x ./MacOS_Updater && sh ./MacOS_Updater down the current Catalina beta, then I have to install it, but probably a little different than usual with Mojave or?
