I'm still wondering what Apple mean by "32-bit software will no longer run without compromise".

That sounds like there will still be some way to run 32-bit software on 10.14.

32-bit software is easier to compromise than 64-bit software, so if you want to be more secure you can add the bootflag -no32exec to not allow 32-bit software from launching. removing that bootflag will allow 32-bit software to still launch. I think in this initial stage they are still allowing some 32-bit software to work but notifying users that in the future when they disable 32-bit software completely that the notification will only tell you once.

Upgrade to 13.4 beta by App Store as always, without any problem. I did not need to change any usb patch on the plist. Anyway I also do not use usbinjectall nor any other usb kext (thanks Mald0n)...

4K graphics by DP but still only with Web Driver 104 or 106 ?

can anybody post prepatched WebDriver-387.10.10.10.25.156  for 10.13.4beta? I can't seem to generate correct pkg with Nvidia Payload Packager..

also good would be prepatched older 378 driver from 10.12.2 that seems to work too..

Here on macOS High Sierra  10.13.4 (17E139j)

I can confirm  the GeForce GT 1030 works perfectly with the drivers

WebDriver-387.10.10.10.25.156.pkg edit with Nvidia Payload Packager

Just updated to 10.13.4 Beta (17E139j) via MAS;

Native NVDA GF119 driver on my legacy mach (sig) works as previous releases, but I got little issue with QuickLook && Preview (SS below). Also tried with WebDriver .156 && .157 (sorry if the last issue is #OOT here) with no success reaching the Desktop; black screen with no signal, with or w/o NvidiaGraphicsFixup, SIP enabled / disabled, or sometimes it failed to load LoginUI (console mode just looks like Ubuntu when it got no Desktop Manager loaded). Simply, what an amazing macOS Vista!  :lol:

Hello,

USB remove limit (10.13.4)

Find <837d940f 0f839704>

Name com.apple.driver.usb.AppleUSBXHCI

Replace <837d9411 0f839704>

Fred

Hi Fred,

(NOT WORKING)

What about disabling the limit check entirely by NOPping the next jae? And the patch would be:

83 7D 94 0F 0F 83 97 04 00 -> 83 7D 94 0F 90 90 90 90 90

Regards,

PMheart

ok..but rx580 can work oob without whatevergreen.

rename only video device, if u use hotpatch pegp to gfx0 u rename all devices pegp in tables, some other hardwares use it into other devices, like peg1/pegp, peg2/pegp

E.G not a good idea one firewire or wireless card into peg2/gfx0

This is weird. If it doesn't work, then just use Fred's method. :)

I still recommend using a SSDT with Whatevergreen simply because it renames the PEGP to GFX0 correctly on its own. As Mald0n stated earlier to you that using Clover DSDT rename feature will rename "ALL" PEGP names in your DSDT and rename them to GFX0 which is not a good idea. Attached is the SSDT I use for my RX 580 with Whatevergreen and it renames it to GFX0 in the correct place.
