  1. I have tried set up the MacOS High Sierra using (USB + Clover / clover+HDD) i have tried createmedia , manual restore method and the method which is mention on this threat (PreLinkedKernel) but all failed only one method works which is Core.Pkg install on clean HFS+ partition. but don't know how to Convert HFS+ to APFS also tried clover r4079 to r4084 with New APFS Supported Firmware (BiosVersion) almost tried every SMBIOS with supported APFS Firmware. Every time i try to install i stuck at "Disk Utility" it takes more than 30 min to load all hard drives which is strange and never reach to successfully clean Drive any help can be appreciated. Config:- i7 2630qm Intel HD 3000,8GB ram SSD+HDD Also, This screen i got when I try to install from sierra with install macOS 10.13 beta.app
  2. Hello there, I know that is too early to ask this, but I wonder if someone has the HD530 working under HighSierra. I have a kernel panic when booting with latest Lilu and IntelGraphicsFixUp, with beta flags, and using the same config working under Sierra. Thanks
  3. Hi guys, i and my friends are trying to get mac os high sierra to work, the first good news is that high sierra can be installed on hfs+, so for now we do not need drivers for the new file system in clover (but it will be helpful if clover developers add support for them), then, we are trying to get it to boot, at first attempt there is always the problem of mac kexts non injecting, so for now we need some fix in clover, we are trying to get the prelinked kernel with fake smc injected, form a mac to get to boot the system, we could do that so fast thanks to the fact that i own a developer account (if you are asking, i use it to distribute apps, not just for beta software), so we will keep you updated EDIT: Thanks to the new clover releases you do not need special stuff to get it to work, you just need the apps.efi driver in the clover's drivers 64 uefi folder to get it to boot on APFS (don't use apfs on a standard hard disk, use it only on ssd), for web drivers on the dp 3 some the web driver from 10.12.6 modified with nvidia driver updater seems to work, and seems to be a native kabylake support too

  12. Hi all, I'm having a problem booting from Yosemite beta 4 usb vanilla installer I made. I'm familiar with this procedure and had Beta 3 installed using Clover EFI but now I have this graphics issue with Beta 4. The usb boots fine but I always get a graphic glitch as appears on the attached image. I've seen this before with Beta 3 and Mavericks which I solved by setting FakeID for graphics in Clover (0x04168086 / 0x80860416 / 0x0a268086) and selecting InjectEDID but none of this work with 10.10 Beta 4. Any help is appreciated. My config.plist is attached and all my specs in my signature. Thanks. config.plist.zip

  14. Hi all, I'm testing OS X Yosemite 10.10 Beta 3 on my Lenovo Y5109P. So far I'm up and running the basics but not the WiFi. I replaced my stock WiFi card to one that is supported by OS X and put IO80211Family.kext in EFI/Clover/kexts/10.10. OS X reads my WiFi card but can't see any of the available networks so can't connect to internet. I've searched and found this topic where the problem is found for DP4 and the solution was to replace the kext with another version that worked with DP3. I thought to test this kext but then OS X couldn't even turn on WiFi. I know Yosemite is still in Beta, have some bugs, and have some changes that needs update on our side to catch up. But did any one had this problem with 10.10 beta 3 and was able to solve it? My specs in my signature. I use Clover EFI as mentioned. Kind Regards Ahmed
  15. IOGraphicsFamily kernel panic

Hey guys, Since either Developer Preview 2 or 3 I have a strange problem - a kernel panic occurs on each shutdown and each restart. In addition to that CMOS gets cleared on each shutdown (not on restart). The whole dump is available below. If anyone has the same problem, please provide info on which version of OS X it first happened, if it still happened in the latest you tried and which boot loader incl. version you use. It happened for me since DP2 or 3 all the way through to DP6, beta inclusive. I used quite a few Clover builds, v2795 and onwards. I didn't try the builds since v2800, but there is no sign that any of these could fix the problem (I will try them later, of course, probably in the evening); not even that Clover is the cause of the problem. I might do some experiments with some DPs and Clover versions and will update the thread if I succeed. In mean time please share you experiences. Thank you! Full KP: http://www.pastebin.com/HwM0dyEr
  16. Hello all! I'm trying to install yosemite for a week now and I haven't had any luck at the moment The install USB I'm creating are not booting to the install screen, so I haven't tasted anything from Yosemite yet. Mavericks is running fine with chameleon and everything is working I have the following specs: - Asus P8Z77-M Pro - Intel 3570K (Intel HD4000) - 16GB Corsair 1333MHz DDR3 - 128SSD (with another bunch of data disks connected) When i try to boot u a Yosemite USB with Chameleon 2380V3 (of the install scripts found here or from an install of Chameleon Wizard) all of the kexts are loaded, but I'm getting stuck on the following I've tried the following: - GraphicsEnbabler=Yes/No - DSDT from Mawericks - Clover boot (I seriously don't like Clover) from the install scripts found here - Searhing the web, but didn't find anything usefull So I'm a little desperate! Greetings, eXtink
  17. Hey guys, I recently made a Yosemite installer using createinstallmedia, and using Clover r2696 as UEFI bootloader andwhen I enter the appropriate flags, and try to boot, it will stop for a second and then let me choose the boot device again, so essentially it's not doing anything. I have a nearly perfect Mavericks install (other than multi-monitor issues) and I don't understand why its not working. Any ideas? Specs: i7 4960X GTX 780 64gb ram Asus Rampage IV Extreme
