I just received the card above for my desktop and I must say it’s fantastic, wifi and bt 4.0 on my hack with NO extra kexts (I do have AirportFixUp to fix region but that’s it) needed at all. Plug and play. Windows drivers available on the Fenvi site for dual booting. 100% Broadcom and 100% working oob. I’ll post pics of install and details when I can. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I had iMessages working for a while with this thread but then both my hacks stopped having working iMessage. I’ve tried everything. Both have Ethernet and Ethernet kexts injected, desktop has 2 ports both have the appropriate kext, have tried new serials etc without any luck, nvram is working. Please see my signature for rules. Posting links to that forum isn’t a good idea. As for your build, looks good but you will also need FakeSMC.kext or VirtualSMC.kext. This is a must have kext. What was the reason to flash the card? Mine is the same 8Gb version and works oob. If I use the radeonpro kext it’s shows as a Radeon pro. Haven’t tested h264 or the new kext yet. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

How do we set different sounds for before and after gui? I only get sound before gui not after using my own .wav file. Also does it have to be named sound.wav? I think I tried it named differently and it did not work. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Clearly you didn’t follow instructions. Tuning.Before first start you have to tune your sound system.Start Clover, goto Shell.Shell> fs0:fs0:> cd EFI\CLOVER\toolsfs0:EFI\CLOVER\tools>BootChimeCfg.efiYou will see all options-l -- list all devices. See and choose.Then you have to configure and hear.BootChimeCfg.efi -s 1 -v 60 -t Audio Output=1 and Sound Volume=60% will be stored in NVRAM and will be used by Clover after next restart.
