Is anyone else seeing extra comments when OsxAptioFix2drv.efi is loading (before the line of +++++++)? I'm seeing additional lines containing some information about 'RestartData' and some numbers that I have never seen before.

yes here too, but restart and shutdown is much faster since this ^_^

Yes, same here with the new 10.13.1 beta 2 ?

Everything working fine, except Nvidia Driver...

Eager to get this update, I think there is a bug has been introduced with 10.13 on the windowserver, and that seems fixed in that 10.13.1.

Details can be found here:

https://discussions.apple.com/thread/8087967?start=0&tstart=0

https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/windowserver-taking-unholy-amount-of-ram-in-10-13.2073381/

So, 10.13 users which especially have 4k monitor (or using scaled resolutions) like me shouldn't be panicked when they see unholy ram usages on the windowserver process, slow opening-closing animations in launchpad, laggy safari sometimes etc.. :)

10.13.1 beta 3 released, is not an update, requires a complete redownload of the installer.

Maybe this will install on my desktop as .1 beta 1 and 2 always failed to install or booted to black screen even with Lilu and NvidiaGraphicsFixUp.

a fresh install @ricoc90? I'm still curious some ACPI Errors related about EC0, Asus laptop _ATK, etc.. on verbose logs with 10.13 that strange is, doesn't appear on 10.11 boot.

My bad is I have no good knowledge with ACPI, but perhaps.. I need to rebuild them from scratch with new iasl (though I'm not sure, on an old mach).

Nope, update. I remember when I installed Sierra on this laptop, I had lots of ACPI errors related to EC0 too that I couldn't get rid off. Can't remember what they were exactly -- something among the lines of xx.EC0.xx.xx AE_NOT_FOUND. Later on I updated my BIOS and these errors disappeared. ACPI 6.0

But here's with Beta access, I got no 17B42a update using "$ softwareupdate -l", running from 17B35a.

(Sorry, I forgot to hide / exclude Thunderbolt from update)

Yeah like Pavo said, there's no update. You'll need to redownload the installer app completely.

What I meant was I updated by running the installer app, so not a fresh installation ;p

Update went smooth on my Optiplex 790 too.

The only issue i'm having since 10.13.1 is:
I have two identical monitors attached to my GT 710: monitor A => DVI-D, monitor B => HDMI

When NightShift is turned on, monitor B is dimmed but monitor A is not. In an attempt to figure out why that is, I mirrored the display which resulted in a black screen.

Any idea what's wrong?

EDIT: Issue seems to be with the OS X nvidia drivers. Installed the webdrivers and everything works as it should.
