My experiences: APFS two steps HFS+ one step 8.1 With the HD5450 there is a black screen the first time after the install. I take the SSD out of the Dell and connect it to another Mac. Here I am using the app "EasyKext Pro" and doing the rollback from the backup (step 6 above - AMDRadeonX3000.kext, AMDRadeonX3000GLDriver.bundle, IOAccelerator2D.plugin and IOAcceleratorFamily2.kext from Sierra 10.12.6). Reinstall SSD in the Dell and now we get a picture in High Sierra. after installation: 9. Terminal (for unsigned apps) sudo spctl --master-disable 10.   3. Hi guys, My current build is working flawlessly under High Sierra except for one thing : my Roccat Kone EMP mouse won't work after waking up from sleep. I have to disconnect/reconnect it to get it to work again. Other mice (less sophisticated) do work upon wake. However , the Roccat mouse doesn't have any issue under Windows 10 or on an iMac running SL 10.6.3 . I wish I could try under Sierra ...     EFI_Clover for VMware

    Clover r4799 ISO compiled with GCC and minimal config.plist compatible for use in VMWare Workstation. Tested with unlocked Workstation 15 running OSX 10.9 -->10.14 guest in Windows X64 host. Installation 1. Download and unzip "EFI_Clover_r4799 for VMware.zip". Mount Clover-v2.4k-4799-X64 by double clicking on it. 2. Mount your VM's EFI System Partition eg in terminal sudo diskutil mount disk0s1 3. Copy EFI folder from step 1 into the EFI partition 4. Shutdown the VM, add bios.bootDelay = "3000" to your VM's vmx file 5. Reboot your VM, press <F2> to access the VMware Boot Manager and add CLOVERX64.efi to the boot menu. Substitute your own unique and valid MLB and ROM variables in the /EFI/CLOVER/config.plist (Rt Variables section) to activate iMessage/Facetime on your VM.

Making a High Sierra USB Installer Entirely From Scratch in Windows This is a proof of concept tutorial, to show it's possible to create a vanilla High Sierra installer, entirely from scratch, in Windows (even without App Store downloaded "Install macOS High Sierra.app" from a real Mac ). @PikeRAlpha's link to Apple's Software Catalog provides us with all the URLs necessary to download the needed files directly from Apple instead of some dubious source from the internet... Pre-Requisites 8GB or larger USB drive Boot Disk Utility v2.1.2017rev021b from @CVAD TransMac (free 15 day trial) Paragon Hard Disk Manager Free Download Installer Files Directly from Apple 1) Browse Apple's Regular Software Catalog and find the URLs to download the following 6 installer files... BaseSystem.dmg BaseSystem.chunklist InstallInfo.plist InstallESDDmg.pkg AppleDiagnostics.dmg AppleDiagnostics.chunklist (Hint - search page for "InstallESD" to find its URL and others nearby) to a folder named "SharedSupport" on your Windows NTFS drive. A browser download manager (eg Chrono for Chrome, dTA for FireFox) is handy since InstallESD is >4GB ---> allows you to pause/resume interrupted download... 2) Rename InstallESDDmg.pkg to InstallESD.dmg 3) Edit InstallInfo.plist with WordPad/text editor to remove the chunklistURL and chunklistid keys for InstallESD, and renaming it from InstallESDDmg.pkg to InstallESD.dmg (example of edited file attached to this post)... Note: You can verify the SHA1 checksum of your InstallESD.dmg and BaseSystem.dmg with the correct ones at this website. Boot Disk Utility to format the Installer USB and Restore OS X Base System HFS partition 1. Format USB with BDU & latest Clover ---> creates boot files in CLOVER partition + second FAT partition 2. Extract 4.hfs from \SharedSupport\BaseSystem.dmg with BDU --> save to it's local folder 3. Restore 4.hfs to USB second partition with BDU ---> 2nd partition becomes bootable "OS X Base System" Paragon Hard Disk Manager to extend HFS Partition to its Full Extent Open Paragon Partition Manager Free and resize the second partition of the USB drive to the full size allowed. Don't forget to apply the changes at the end... Transmac to Copy "SharedSupport" folder to OS X Base System 1. Open the TransMac program and navigate to the HFS+ Volume/Install macOS High Sierra.app/Contents folder. Right click anywhere in the empty space on the RHS pane and select "Copy Here"... 2. In the next stage, select the "SharedSupport" folder we created above as the "Files and Folders to be copied to the Mac Volume"... Clover Settings Clover configuration is required now. The default config.plist (in the Clover FAT32 partition of the USB) maybe sufficient to boot your machine if you’re lucky. If not, look at the Clover Wiki, Clover Instructions and Clover Configuration Thread for pointers and edit /EFI/Clover/config.plist accordingly with Wordpad or Notepad. The location of the important configuration files for Clover are summarized below config.plist--->EFI/CLOVER folder DSDT.aml with or without SSDT.aml--->EFI/CLOVER/ACPI/patched (don't need one if your DSDT is auto patched by Clover in config.plist) Kexts eg FakeSMC, NullCPUPowerManagement --->EFI/CLOVER/kexts/<osx version> or /Other. NB BootDiskUtility by default already has FakeSMC.kext installed here. You may need to add VoodooPS2Controller for your laptop keyboard/trackpad to work. If UEFI booting, you will most likely need one of the OsxAptioFixDrv-64 drivers copied from /EFI/CLOVER/drivers-off/drivers64UEFI to /EFI/CLOVER/drivers64UEFI. If you want to use the installer to run High Sierra in Windows on VMware, you can follow my guide to set up the Virtual Machine and replace Clover's default config with EFI_Clover for VMware (which is compatible to run in VMware). In the screenshots below, I have attached the USB Installer (in this case PhysicalDrive7) to my macOS Virtual Machine. Reboot the system to the USB installer to install High Sierra ... What happens if we don't have access to TransMac or Paragon Hard Disk Manager? Not a problem, as long as we get "OS X Base System" bootable, we can launch terminal from the Utilities Menu to copy the SharedSupport folder over to the Installer app. In essence, we will build the full installer app = 5GB+ on the target HD eg "Macintosh HD", by copying both the "small" installer app = 15MB (on "OS X Base System") and the SharedSupport folder from the NTFS volume (mounted in this example on /Volumes/DATA)... -bash-3.2# cd / -bash-3.2# cp -R Install\ macOS\ High\ Sierra.app /Volumes/Macintosh\ HD/ -bash-3.2# cp -R /Volumes/DATA/SharedSupport /Volumes/Macintosh\ HD/Install\ macOS\ High\ Sierra.app/Contents/ ...then start installation with the startosinstall utility... -bash-3.2# /Volumes/Macintosh\ HD/Install\ macOS\ High\ Sierra.app/Contents/Resources/startosinstall --volume /Volumes/Macintosh\ HD --converttoapfs NO --applicationpath /Volumes/Macintosh\ HD/Install\ macOS\ High\ Sierra.app The above steps can be automated with the attached "startosinstall.command" script, which will assemble "Install macOS High Sierra.app" on "Macintosh HD" and launch the startosinstall utility targeting the "Macintosh HD" volume. Copy/download to "Macintosh HD", then run in terminal (after attaching DATA USB with /Shared Support folder)... cd "/Volumes/Macintosh HD" chmod +x startosinstall.command ./startosinstall.command Updated Download Links for macOS Mojave 10.14.1_18B75 Browse Apple's Regular Software Catalog and find the URLs to download the following 6 installer files... BaseSystem.dmg BaseSystem.chunklist InstallInfo.plist InstallESDDmg.pkg AppleDiagnostics.dmg AppleDiagnostics.chunklist Note: In Mojave, Apple has removed the --converttoapfs NO and --applicationpath arguments from the startosinstall utility.... eg to use startosinstall for the above section "What happens if we don't have access to TransMac or Paragon Hard Disk Manager?", the syntax is now -bash-3.2# /Volumes/Macintosh\ HD/Install\ macOS\ Mojave.app/Contents/Resources/startosinstall --volume /Volumes/Macintosh\ HD This basically means that for Mojave, the default installation will always convert the target volume to the apfs file system. startosinstall.command.zip InstallInfo.plist_edited_10.13.6.zip InstallInfo.plist_edited_10.14.1.zip
  6. Update: Now running Mojave! Thanks to mojave2core! Yeah Still using C2D in 2019! Inserted a nice and cheap GT710 that is not relying on nVidias Webdrivers and runs OOB under Mojave. Nice, seeing High Sierra running on this old but capable system! It rocks with a new ASUS GT1030 Config: Gigabyte EP43-DS3L Core2Quad Q9300 6 GB DDR2 RAM Asus GT1030 2GB Sandisk SSD 128GB TP-Link AC1200 Wifi USB Inateck KT4006 USB 3.0 PCIe (No boot) SMBIOS: iMac14,1 Clover: 4297 4360 A good deal of DSDT editing was necessary to get this machine to boot High Sierra but finally it works flawlessly, even sleep and wake! You NEED to have the DSDT put in place for installation because otherwise macOS doesn't recognize the SATA ports. There are a few important BIOS settings: SATA hast to be set to AHCI and "native" and HPET has to be run "64-bit", I'd recommend to disable IDE and the serial and parallel port. For the GT1030 nVidia Webdrivers are needed, have to boot with nv_disable=1 until you have them installed. You have to install Clover in legacy mode because this old fella does not support UEFI. Only downside: The so often recommended Inateck USB-card isn't recognized by BIOS, so you cannot boot from it. It works perfectly within macOS though, have the ac-Wifi connected to it. config.plist.zip DSDT.aml.zip

    Installation of High Sierra

    Hello, I am new to hackintosh. I have High Sierra on bootable memory chip 16GB with the help of TransMac. I get the boot screen with options to boot but on choosing to go ahead the screen goes into verbose mode and then stalls at a certain point. Actually the PC hangs and I cannot use my keyboard to get a screenshot. I do have a photo of it though. What config do I need to change, to be able to install onto a partition of HDD? My System is : Mobo: GA-H81M-S (rev 1.0); Nvidia GeForce 710 1GB DDR3 (with VGA, HDMI and DVI-D ports), I have connected my monitor (ASUS VP228H) to the HDMI port; 6GB DDR3 1600Mhz RAM; SSD 120GB with Windows 7 Pro 64-bit; Western Digital 1TB with two partitions (with old Windows 7 Pro 64-bit installation); Western Digital 500GB with two partitions and Windows 10 Pro 32-bit on the first partition. I want to install to the second partition of this HDD.

    AppleAHCIPort.kext v328 from High Sierra PB1_17A291m. Info.plist has been edited so Bundle version is 999.1.1 ---> give higher priority loading in kernel cache/pre-linked kernel than v329 from later betas/GM. Need to disable SIP (since editing info.plist invalidates Apple's kext signature). Install in /Library/Extensions (so doesn't get over-written during updates) repair permissions, rebuild caches eg sudo chown -R 0:0 /Library/Extensions/AppleAHCIPort.kext && sudo chmod -R 755 /Library/Extensions/AppleAHCIPort.kext sudo touch /System/Library/Extensions && sudo kextcache -u / Test kext is loadable... sudo kextutil -tn /Library/Extensions/AppleAHCIPort.kext Confirm kext is loaded after rebooting the system... kextstat | grep AHCIPort To use with a USB installer, the kext needs to be included in the prelinkedkernel. Use PLK.tool attached to post#13 to create a new prelinkedkernel with AppleAHCIPort.kext v328, then replace original prelinkedkernel in the installer - post#16.

Perhaps if anyone has the time, I could use some help getting it to install Trying to install High Sierra on this Laptop: Lenovo Ideapad 110-171KB-80VK (2017) Intel Core i5 7200U Intel HD 620 Graphics Resolution: 1600x900 Elan PS2 Track Pad - [ACPI\VEN_ETD&DEV_0675 - system device -PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_9D23&SUBSYS_383117AA&REV_21] Realtek Network - [PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_8136&SUBSYS_383317AA&REV_07] Realtech audio SATA Controller - [PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_9D03&SUBSYS_382F17AA&REV_21] USB 3.0 XHC - [PCI\VEN_808 --- Using Clover * --- I'll attach it below. I can't quite get it to install, and i've been going in circles for months now ... I'll detail the procedures: I wiped the Target HDD drive with a live linux USB. i prepair the USB with Createinstallmedia method, install clover to the EFI on usb, load kexts and drivers (I've been recently attempting with the Plist from a 'certain other site' Ton*****86) As it has the dvmt preallocation patch and other bits - i'm of course open to ANY other files/pLists .. this is just the one i've been experimenting with lately.) Add ' -v ' in clover options to see the verbose output in the installer (acts sketchy sorta, delayed and sluggish) i use DiskUtility to erase the drive 'Macos extended journaled' Make initial selections, agree to license and begin install. it proceeds to 2 minutes left every time, and hangs. many times i've left it for hours, and even overnight. I'm honestly not kidding, it's nearly 100 times ive' tried this, i've downloaded high sierra from the app store 5 times to rule out that, i've used countless combinations of everything .. i'm almost completely burned out. If anyone can shed some light i'll be VERY thankful!...   10. Please help with DSDT patch for Gigabyte GA-Z170X-Gaming 7 with i7 6700k. This is my first hackintosh build and have done a lot of research/reading the last several days. I went with what is supposed to be a vanilla install of High Sierra. This was after trying to install Mojave and then realizing my video card doesn't have Nvidia web drivers for it. Probably installed High Sierra 6 or so times trying to get it right. Still don't have HDMI audio working, but have a DP2HDMI adapter coming in the mail. As I understand, that is supposed to fix it. My motherboard audio doesn't work right either. The digital output works as well as the line out, but the headphone port does not. I don't know about the other sound ports My usb 3.1 port doesn't work when waking from sleep. I am sure there are other issues that I haven't found/don't know about yet. (Brightness, graphical acceleration, battery, etc) Configuration: - Thinkpad T440P - Intel Core I7 Haswell 4712MQ + Intel HD4600, (no Nvidia) - 16GB RAM, - 500GB SSD Western Digital, - MacOS 10.13.6 (but affects also 10.13.1 before update), - FHD LG IPS 14" Panel 1920x1080.   12. I recently installed High Sierra on my Ryzen system, just to find out how crappy the USB situation really is on AMD systems. The only choice is basically most of your ports flat out not working or GenericUSBXHCI crashing every time you pull out a thumbdrive. So after some trial and error here are my findings. The USB ports controlled by the XHCI controller on the SoC worked fine, but the ones attached to the chipset XHCI controller didn't. That's when I looked at the log and saw these lines: PTXH@00000000: AppleUSBXHCIPCI::createPorts: port 1 unsupported protocol USB 03.10 PTXH@00000000: AppleUSBXHCIPCI::createPorts: failed to allocate port 1 It turns out that for some reason the AppleXHCIPCI driver doesn't support the first two ports on the B350 chipset (made by ASMedia) USB controller. And after the driver fails to allocate port 1 it just stops and doesn't even look at the rest of the ports. So I first tried commenting out the first two ports from the DSDT and that worked and made all the other ports show app in the IOService tree. Than I quickly tested all the USB ports and it turns out that the 2 problematic ports aren't even wired to anything. But instead of editing the DSDT I wanted a cleaner solution, because I don't want to re-edit my DSDT every time I update the BIOS or change some BIOS settings. So here is my small SSDT that disables the stock PTXH device and adds a new device XHCI, that has all the ports needed for my board (ASUS PRIME B350-PLUS).   14. I have an HP Elitebook 8460P running OSx 10.13.4 High Sierra I have an odd issue i believe is related to DSDT patch for ACPI Power battery. My battery icon works the battery level goes up/down and battery goes black when charging/white when not. BUT... Always has a lightning bolt in it and says "Power Source: Power Adapter" no matter if its connected or not. How can i get it to recognize my adapter is unplugged?
  15. BEFORE TRYING THIS, DO THE OBVIOUS SOLUTION! REPLACE YOUR OPTIOFIX EFI FILE WITH VERSION 2, OR WITH VERSION 1. ONLY PROCEED IF DOING THIS DOES NOT WORK. Alright, so my first attempt at helping people that isn’t in a private discord. Hope this goes well. No one has posted this as a direct solution to someone asking for help with this error, so I thought I’d be the one to share it.

 I encountered this problem when I rebooted after making some minor changes and discovered I couldn’t boot back into the disk. All over the web, people keep suggesting clover-side tweaks and replacing kexts, and while they may solve the problem for some, absolutely nothing was working for me (and a few others), even when booting with no kernel cache at all. No boot flags worked, no .efi files would solve it. 

Holding spacebar in clover, no change. So, the solution ended up being system side, and not clover related. You needed to delete your prelinked kernel from the HDD and rebuild it. 

To do this, you just have to be able to get to your recovery drive or use an install USB that’ll give you access to the disk. Clover got me into my recovery drive just fine, another hint that it wasn’t related to clover - but regardless, whatever works for you. After you’re in a terminal, type the following commands.

 Df -h This will list all of your volumes, make sure you’re targeting your installation drive.

 If your volume has a space in the name, such as "Mac OS HS", you'll need to format it as such: "Mac\ OS\ HS" - This is simply how the command line associates spaces. touch /Volumes/[NAME HERE]/System/Library/Extensions && kextcache -u /Volumes/[NAME HERE]

 In my case, I replaced [NAME HERE] with my installation drive - "macOS\ 10.13". Chances are, this command will give you the error "Child process [directory] has exited due to signal 10" The line immediately after that will give you another bit of extremely important information that you need to take note of. "Error 107 rebuilding /System/Library/PrelinkedKernels/prelinkedkernel" That directory is what we're going to be targeting to fix our system. So, time to nuke it. rm -rf [location to /prelinkedkernel/prelinkedkernel] MAKE SURE YOU DOUBLE CHECK IT IS EXACTLY WHAT WAS OUTPUT WHEN YOU TRIED THE COMMAND ABOVE.

 IMPORTANT: YOU MAY RECEIVE A READ ONLY ERROR! DO NOT PANIC. I've done this on multiple machines and it really is hit or miss whether or not this will appear. Regardless, the solution is simple. The following code tag only applies to if you encounter this issue. Fsck mount -uw / RE-ENTER THE FOLLOWING COMMAND! You need a more specific location now. rm -rf /Volumes/[NAME]/System/Library/PrelinkedKernels/prelinkedkernel touch /Volumes/[NAME]/System/Library/Extensions && kextcache -u /Volumes/[Name] Now you should be receiving "/Volumes/[NAME] locked; waiting for lock." This is a good thing. Wait a few seconds, you'll receive "Lock acquired; proceeding." After that, you'll be back at -bash-3.2#, and it will appear as if nothing happened. Again, this is expected. For people who didn't have to use the Fsck command, simply type the following and receive the usual "Waiting for lock; Lock received" response. touch /Volumes/[NAMEHERE]/System/Library/Extensions && kextcache -u /Volumes/[NAME HERE] Now, use your up arrow on the keyboard to re-enter this command. If nothing happens, you're golden. If it detects kexts with invalid signatures, that's still okay - but for future reference, don't go the ##### approach/philosophy of installing kexts to your system drive. Take this as a warning. Go ahead and reboot, and start your installation just like normal. You'll now get past the 0x1 error. Congratulations! If you get hung up anywhere, go back to clover and add “-f” to the boot flags, then boot again. You should make it back to your desktop with no damage whatsoever.

 Like nothing ever happened! Now, as for what causes this, I honestly have no idea. All I know is when you have a working system, make some kind of modication/tweak/installation that HS doesn't agree with, you can possibly get this error on some systems. It's rare, but exists, and unfortunately this is the only way I've been able to get past it. It's not too much work, so don't be too intimidated. You'll have your system back in no time. And how? I tried to install this kext and set hibernatemode to 1, 3, 25, 29 etc but with no success. It does not work. But this kext's author clearly said that modern mac oses are supported. So, my question is - is it possible to turn on hibernation? I suffer from sudden power loss from time to time and hibernation would solve this. But how? 10x

And I can boot into windows via this clover with no trouble. The USB Installer of macOS High Sierra (10.13.6) has an identical set of EFI on the flash drive. ===ISSUES=== PM981 NVME SSD can be recognized no matter nvmexpressdxe.efi is put in the driver64uefi folders or not. However, it's recognized as external drives by the Disk Utility even if I applied the Piker R. patch#external as instructed in his blog. After booting into the macOS installer and the first round of installation being finished (I think it's meant to copy the BaseSystem to the dest. drive),the installer restarts the computer and then into clover. Some extra icons would have shown themselves at the clover startup screen as expected, including Preboot Installer (or something alike, I just can't remember clearly) leading to the ensuing installation, which was always the case previously when I built hackintoshes without this M.2-PCIe NVMe SSD. Unfortunately, no additional icons appear at Clover startup screen this time. There's only the same icon leading to macOS installer before the BaseSystem was copied to the dest. drive. Add essentials Kexts: Download those Kexts and put in /EFI/CLOVER/kexts/10.13/ - Download the Smart Touchpad kext from here. I used the version 4.7 beta 5. - Download the HWSensors dmg and use the FakeSMC.kext from inside. I used the version 6.26.1440. This is very important. Can't boot without it. Put the Clover installer on the flash drive too. Now you can start the instalation without problem (I guess). BIOS Setup Configuration and Installation Bios configuration: - Shutdown the ultrabook and insert the flash drive on the left side on upper port (on the side Keystone hole). - Power on with F2 pressed to enter BIOS setup. - Go to "Save & Exit" and press "Restore Defaults". - Go to "Advanced" tab and change VT-d to Disabled. - Go to "Save & Exit" again and select "Save Changes and Exit". - When ASUS logo appear, press and hold ESC to enter Boot Menu. - Select the flash drive named with UEFI prefix. In my case "UEFI: KingstonDataTraveler 2.0PMAP". - The clover menu will show. Use the arrow keys to mark the flash drive. The option name is "Boot OS X Install from Install macOS High Sierra", then press Enter. - If you did everything correctly, you will see the installation screen. BUG Note: I delete all entries from the list. With that, I could not add anything else. It just didn't work. I had to put some USB device so the list is not empty, so I can add a new entry. Strange thing... Format destination disk: Format the disk with GUID partition mapping and name it "HD". - Select Disk Utility in the list, then press Continue. - Click in View, then "Show All Devices". - Select the destination Disk, then Erase. - Name: HD, Format: Mac OS Extended (Journaled) and Scheme: GUID Partition Map If the Erase popup in Disk Utility don't work. Close it and run this in terminal: diskutil eraseDisk JHFS+ HD /dev/diskX X is the number of the destination disk. Use "diskutil list" to discover. Close Disk Utility. If the destination is SSD: Start installation without APFS conversion: Open Terminal and run: /Volumes/Image\ Volume/Install\ macOS\ High\ Sierra.app/Contents/Resources/startosinstall --volume /Volumes/HD --converttoapfs NO --agreetolicenseThis will take about 20 minutes. If the destination is HDD: Start installation normally: Select "Install macOS", then Continue. Follow instructions in screen. After install: After first part install the system will reboot. In Clover main menu, press enter in "Boot macOS Install from Install macOS High Sierra" once again The second part of the installation will begin. This will take 16 minutes. Post installation Install bootloader: When the second part of install finish, the system will reboot again. After performing the user initial setup and go to the desktop, you need to install Clover on internal disk. Open the Clover installer inside flash drive that you copied before. Use same options above but choose the system partition this time. Now you need to replace the EFI folder inside your internal disk EFI parittion with EFI folder inside flash card EFI partition. The flash drive EFI partition is unmounted. Mount with "diskutil mount /dev/rdiskXs1". To know what X is, use "diskutil list", most likely is 1. Add Clover entry to UEFI: Now remove flash drive and restart the system. With F2 pressed to enter UEFI BIOS. - Go to "Boot" and press "Add New Boot Option". - Select "Add boot option", write CLOVER and press Enter. - In "Select Filesystem", choose the option that contains "HD". Like "PCI(1F|2)\DevicePath(Type 3, SubType 12)HD(Part1,Sig2a0127c1-ea5d-44d3-8967-57e59c1f0e3b)". - Select "Path for boot option", write EFI\BOOT\BOOTX64.efi and press Enter. - Select "Create" and press enter. - Go to "Save & Exit" and select "Save Changes and Exit".     problemi di boot con High Sierra

    Ciao a tutti. dopo aver installato High Sierra il pc non può avviarsi dall'SSD mostrandomi la schermata nera che dice di scegliere il boot. facendo partire il pc con l'USB inserita, da dove ho installato il tutto, mi viene mostrata schermata di scelta dove posso effettivamente fare partire osx appena installato dal ssd ma con una lentezza mostruosa!. se provo con la chiavetta scollegata stessa schermata nera con la scelta del boot. inutile aggiungere che ho cercato di cambiare l'ordine di avvio dal BIOS, aggiornato il BIOS, ma senza successo. l'ssd funziona perché dopo ho installato da questo stesso anche linux o windows tranquillamente cosa posso fare? grazie a tutti MOBO: Gigabyte GA-B250M-DS3H CPU intel i5 GPU NVIDIA MSI N750 Ti TF 2GD5 / OC

Here's my buildOS: 10.13.6CPU: i7-8700kMB: MSI Z370i Gaming Carbon ACRAM: 16 GB DDR4 Crucial BallistixMy internet chipset is Intel I219-V Gigabit LAN controller and I am using version 2.4.0d0 of IntelMausiEthernet.kext.I am paying for gigabit down speeds but I am not getting on my hackingtosh. My windows work CPU gets speeds up to 900mb/s but my hackintosh tops out at around 490-510mb/s. It's been like this on 10.13 and 10.13.6. Both machines are not using wi-fi when testing speed, they are both going straight into my router.Anybody else have this issue?
  23. Hello to everyone, is nice to be here. After spending 2 weeks or so over the month I've finally managed to install my new Hackintosh HS 10.13.6. My HW: CPU: Intel Pentium G3420 3.20GHz MOBO: H81M-VG4 RAM: HyperX 8GB 1600MHz DDR3 PSU: CX 750M 750W GPU: GEFORCE GTX 750ti 2GB vRAM GDDR5 I know, I know, this is probably the worst hackintosh hardware you ever seen but at the moment I don't have a better computer. Everything work fine, I made a vanilla installation using clover and everything work fine. The only problem is the lag part. Many people told me that my pentium will not have hardware video decoding so it will have to do software decoding which is slow on my chip. Then I should replace my hardware - motherboard and everything else. I ask to you, guys: there is a workaround to this? I already installed the last Nvidia Web Drivers (387. On clover I apported a little edit to my InjectIntel FakeID typing as value 0x1902 (I'm using an Haswell GT1) and it worked, now my hackintosh is more smooth - window resize or similar animations are more fluid and I can finally watch youtube videos in 720-1080p. But lag remains. I can't see a 1080p video using quicktime because is too laggy and I also tried GeekBench some days ago and I received a result of 21 fps, lol. Also right now when I'm typing there is a little, little lag. I should stop see videos and still use this hackintosh with this problem or there is a workaround to fix it? I asked on every Hackintosh discord group but no chances... everyone told me the same thing but also to ask to someone else with a different point of view. Thank you to everyone.
