Intel HD4000 and nVidia Kepler still appear supported (kexts are present in SLE) but filesystem structure looks quite different.

I don't expect this to make it to the final release, i hope to be wrong.

And also the os has something like an integrated iOS/iPadOS release

It might be time to hang up the hackintoshing boots and moving on, as nice as macOS 11 is, it was only a matter of time before stuff breaks

As usual, @PMheart asks someone to upload the kernel to check the changes.

It might be a good idea to upload it here if someone with a real Mac has already installed it/updated.

Hello,

I am sorry that I might be unable to help, if OpenCore fails to load kexts...

OC loads kexts without those patches I posted for Clover. This means that OC should inject kexts just fine... If it does not, I probably have no idea then. Sorry...

I hope this means that Ivy Bridge systems might still work...one can only hope. My i7-3770 machine is still very capable these days.

Some of those firmware payloads adds some quite big firmware changes, for example boot chime is back but it's different and probably new new firmwares have upgraded security and maybe some more drm stuff

Adding the following to NVRAM seems block firmware updates

<key>run-efi-updater</key>
<string>No</string>

But still can't make the installer work.

Is there anybody can make a dump of failed installation process with this driver?

And yes, I want to see an attempt with latest Clover.

DumpUefiCalls.efi.zip

give me some time and i will try it, i need to wait for usb installer to be ready and then i need to backup all my hackintosh stuff.

I will try it on my x99 hackintosh, but i think I should also try it also on my socket 1150 machine which is probably the best hackintosh i have right now (except for the nvidia gpu)

UPDATE: Someone on the mac rumours forum (not dosdude1) got the new os to work on an 12inch old plastic macbook, the cpu requirements seems to still be the same, hopefully we can still install it on socket 775 when the kext injection and the smc gets figured out

Stuck at this process with latest commit of OpenCore.

1. I want Clover.

2. Look for a file /EFI/CLOVER/misc/EfiCalls.log

Is there anybody with real Mac can provide DarwinDumper report (yes, make it private!) with the new system?
