Hi I'm using this fantastic Open Core Fork I would say, I have 1 problem on the DELL 5584 I5 8265 Laptop, I can't start if I use drivers other than aptiomemoryfix, I would like advice on how to fix this, plus I add that the latest PS2 or I2c kext they are problematic .......
I attach the EFI which is the most performing and thanks for the support.

P.S. I follow the link it seems for a moment still the update to 0.5.9 is right ?? https://github.com/n-d-k/OpenCorePkg/blob/master/Changelog.mdphoto_2020-05-22_11-43-29.thumb.jpg.fc618f1c4b538a9425313e5487da5d94.jpg

NDK's forked OC is not update since few weeks. This is why you can't build.

Looks like EDK2 changes broke building it again.

I decided to switch to vanilla OpenCore a week ago since I like to keep on the bleeding edge with general OC changes (instead of having to make all changes when the next version is released), however NDK's fork is the better version when using multiple OSes. If there's no updates soon (or updates to the next OC version when it's released) hopefully another developer (or better yet a group of developers) decides to fork this fork and continue work on it, thankfully that's the benefit of open-source.

Hopefully NDK is alright and it's just a case of not having internet access or something like that. With the way things are in the world these days, it's hard to not assume the worst. :(

Add windows in bless override, that’s what fixed that problem for me. I’ll post config later if you can’t sort it out.

hey @n.d.k

After updating to the newest nightly I have the following errors, could you help me to solve them:

OCS: No Schema for Delete at 1 Index!

OCS: No schema for Delete at 1 Index!

OCS: No schema for ApplePanic at 1 Index!

OCS: No schema for BlacklistAppleUpdate at 1 Index!

OCS: No schema for Delete at 1 Index!

OCS: No schema for DeduplicateBootOrder at 0 Index!

OCS: No schema TscSyncTimeout at 1 Index!

Are these "Schema" thing actually not implemented? What should I do to fix it?

OPENCANOPY.efi
How can I use this?

have OpenCanopy.efi in the Drivers folder and declared in the config.plist, but when I set Picker to External, I am not greeted with OpenCanopy. How can this be remedied?

Ender.

P.S. Sorry to say this, but anything that resembles Clover makes me want to vomit.

You've to post in Opencore discussion thread if you need help for OpenCanopy.

If you're going to use OpenCanopy you're probably better off using vanilla OpenCore with it in that case. They probably won't assist anyone using OpenCanopy with the customized OpenCore fork since 1) the fork hasn't been updated in over a month, 2) newer OpenCanopy likely won't work with older OpenCore versions (which the fork is currently based on) and 3) the fact that OpenCanopy is considered experimental.

In case anyone was wondering...

It is still possible to boot Big Sur with OpenCore NDK-059

As long as you update the kexts, drivers, etc, and the elements below, you're good to go.

In your config.plist:

1-Disable AvoidRuntimeDefrag

2-NVRAM/Add :

7C436110-AB2A-4BBB-A880-FE41995C9F82 booter-fileset-basesystem / Data=0

7C436110-AB2A-4BBB-A880-FE41995C9F82 : booter-fileset-kernel / Data=0

3 -NVRAM/Block ( String )

7C436110-AB2A-4BBB-A880-FE41995C9F82 : booter-fileset-basesystem

7C436110-AB2A-4BBB-A880-FE41995C9F82-: booter-fileset-kernel

4- boot args: Lilubetaall (Not needed with RX580 )

First part of installation was done via VMware Fusion / OSX Mojave ( Installer dowloaded thru Catalina Software update )

Not working (Yet ) : Airplay & Sleep functions

BT, Audio ( except RME PCIe) , DP, TB3 are working. I don't use Wifi.

Enjoy!

So, @Ellybz

Not trying to be picky, but isn't the parameter for Lilu -lilubetaall?  Maybe I've got it wrong, but what you have listed is -lilubetall (with one a instead of two).

You're absolutely right. Wrote too fast. Corrected. Thanks

The NDK fork has not been updated for a while.

There have been fixes to the AudioDxe in the Official OC builds.

What build are you using and which version ?

La bifurcación NDK no se ha actualizado durante un tiempo.

Ha habido correcciones en AudioDxe en las versiones oficiales de OC.

¿Qué versión estás usando y qué versión?

OC 0.5.9 The delay is theree secondos or more and the sound is very low it only sounds at first and if I select one of my two systems it speaks Catalina

I am dual booting with opencore/mac in one ssd and windows in another ssd. I'm using opencore bootpicker to choose os. To avoid ssdt/smbios/dev prop injection, all I have to do is to set EnableForAll = no?
