In Mojave I need to extract from High Sierra´s IO80211Family.kext the AirPortAtheros40.kext from 10.13.6 and put it into the Mojave´s IO80211Family.kext > Plugins and reinstall the kext, with this method I was able to work AR9280 in Mojave without any problem.
