Mork vom Ork
Downloaded 10.13.3 FullInstaller from Mac App Store and installed... but wait: This is what was offered by the store: But what gets installed, was just macOS HighSierra 10.13.2 build 17C88: which than needs to be updated to macOS HighSierra 10.13.3 through the App Store! Wasted time on a fresh re-install! But wait again: of cause, this is CRYING at the highest level ;-) But just want to mention. Anyone else made this experience so far? PS: re-downloading full installer right now again. Let's see, what happens. 1 Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/331948-macos-highsierra-10133-released/#findComment-2575168 Share on other sites

mnfesq
For those that downloaded the full version of 10.13.3 but ended up with 10.13.2, I think I know what happened. There was a security update for 10.13.2 that those of us who jumped from 10.13.2 to 10.13.3 beta 1 missed. It was packaged with the full update and I have seen it in the list of files in the update catalog when I make those install scripts. I downloaded the full package for one of the betas and the same thing happened to me. Once it installs the 10.13.2 security update, the installation requires a reboot and then the update to 10.13.3 stops. This is not an error. This is only the result of a missed security update due to our testing out the early betas of 10.13.3. If you have the full installer, you can run it again and it should work since you now have the security update for 10.13.2 installed. Try it and see for yourself. 1 Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/331948-macos-highsierra-10133-released/#findComment-2575189 Share on other sites

Kynyo
For those who are receiving "OSInstall missing or corrupted error" check that you have correct BIOS date / time than do a "sudo nvram -c" followed by a reboot then update and the error will be gone. 1 Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/331948-macos-highsierra-10133-released/#findComment-2575234 Share on other sites
