I use G3 Torrent, In the settings you can change them to if an incoming connection isn't upping 1/kb to ( your pref. ) then the program will choke the upload to this person to allow a person to connect to you that is sharing, wich is better for you and me, also for whoever that isn't being a leech. Also I've found that your not doing your self any good by changing your d/l speed. As long as your doing your part in sharing (hence) by sharing atleast 1:1 then everything should be fine. After that I will seed except during 6:00PM to 10:00PM EST while I play on the new OSX86 install. I'll do my part, don't worry. This is my single largest complaint with torrents -- and why I do everything I possibly can through newsgroups. Easynews = 1MB/sec (I have an 8Mbit Comcast connection) all the way through the download. It took 250 connections for me to hit 1MB/sec with Azureus... where it takes 2 at the most with Easynews (on a busy time - 1 otherwise). Anyway, I can't use this until an AMD ppf gets launched anyway so yeah lol.
