Rev 4443 - 4444 Clover correctly recognized the name of all Mac OS series Mac OS X/OS X/macOS and type of macOS installation too.

Rev 4442 All Clover utility and prePane will be 64 bits since now. We are waiting 10.14 without 32 bit support.

@Loloflat6 No trick, no magic The SSDT you are using is the work of @Matthew82 who recently tried to adapt the work done for the Asus ThunderboltEX on X299 to the Gigabyte platform. Unfortunately it did not work, so I preferred to start from a very lightened version to understand what was the minimum requirement to have the hotplug. Obviously I'm everything, except an expert in this matter, so I'm moving in the dark mostly. Today I had another success, even if still partial (again)... However, we can say that we are at 90% of the work. With this version happens (This version is almost identical to the one you are using): SSDT-TB3 V2.aml.zip STEP 1: UAD-2 Satellite and Apollo Twin connected and turned on at boot time. STEP 2: I turned off and then turned on the Apollo Twin, which was reconnected properly. STEP 3: I turned off and on both devices, but only the first (UAD-2 Satellite) connected correctly. I noticed that to get the hotplug without Arbitrary inject I just have to add PCI-Thunderbolt One to DSB1. However doing this, the XHC2 controller in DSB2 is excluded. Is it possible that the problem is the wrong slot? My Thunderbolt card is installed in Slot 5, but I can not change it in the SSDT. Another important thing is that if I connect my Belkin Thunderbolt dock to the base of everything, the Apollo Twin (the last device in the chain) will no longer disconnect properly and the only hotpluggable device is the UAD-2 Satellite ( At least until I turn off the Belkin dock, then go back to the conditions explained above.)

The empty folder is needed to show the embedded theme in Clover prefPanel. The embedded theme is never loaded. It is always here.

How interesting. I just checked the commit and it seems Nvidia have incorporated the lag fix into their .30.106 release. I guess this is one of the benefits of open source projects!

The "embedded" word means that the theme is present inside binaries of CloverX64.efi. You can't delete it.

Thanks a lot man I have a question regarding the themes, whenever I update my clover the embedded theme will be installed automatically even thought I don't select the themes to be installed, I know that embedded theme is the default theme, so after each update I have to delete them manually, the question is: Is that possible to add a feature to the installer to disable the installation of the embedded theme specially when other themes are present in the "Themes" folder. Let's say like: if the theme folder is not empty so the embedded theme shouldn't be installed otherwise it can and will be installed?

Try using the board ID of MacBookPro13,1/14,1, or patch /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/BiometricKit.framework/Versions/A/BiometricKit (replace "board-id" with "board-ix", then sudo codesign -f -s - /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/BiometricKit.framework/Versions/Current/BiometricKit). Note that the latter requires SIP to be disabled; it should be possible to write a Lilu plugin to do this (will work on it sooner or later). What I'm saying is that the clover installer installs it anyway, regardless of wether it's being selected or not and you're saying that it's embedded in the CloverX64.efi so if the themes folder is empty it will be loaded from the CloverX64.efi. Right? These are some before/after screenshots just to illustrate more clear.

embedded theme will be used automatically. There is no need to load it, it is already here.

Please, do the pp-table mod. At stock the fan doesn't work (correctly) and your card is overheating!

I built NvidiaGraphicsFixUp.kext 1.2.7 (doesn't have lag fix in it) from source and can confirm no more lag with 387.10.10.10.30.106 on 10.13.5 beta 2. Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk

I noticed that you have changed a few things in config, kext etc...Should I change everything, or just simply add the. dsdt in patched folder, keeping my old setup??

Almost couldn't believe my eyes first! But... SUCCESS FOR ME!! Used this SSDT and just hotplugget my Focusrite Clarett 4Pre multiple times, tried both turning on and off the device and pulling the thunderbolt cable out and in. The ioreg shows red when disconnected and green when reconnected. WOW! I have a GB Z270x Gaming 5 with a GB Alpine Ridge Rev 1.0, Strange this is that after sleep the device don't disconnect properly and is unusable, so strange! And sleep with TB is the main thing I'm after lol! Any ides about it not working when waking from sleep. It seems in the ioreg that it doesn't disconnect properly when going in to sleep, bios related?

Yes, near the start the log tells you the firmware vendor, CLOVEREFI is legacy booting, anything else is UEFI.
