Someone has a GTX 660 working under High Sierra? I can only boot with nv_disable=1. If I try without it just reboots before welcome screen.

Same phenomenon than you, I have the same MB and Graphic Card, Clover 4081.

Also formatted the platter hard disk (not SSD) in HFS+, because in APFS it's slow as hell.

Intel HD4600. To be able to boot i had to drop MATS ACPI Tables from clover ACPI menu. (Clover r4081) APFS.efi inside drivers. After restored installed image as HFS i upgraded to APFS by re-running installer again.

Trim forking natively by "sudo trimforce enable". Sound working via Latest Lilu // AppleALC // IntelGfxfixup // Shiki with -alcbeta -lilubeta -igfxbeta.

Actually I downloaded the beta twice.

The first one I was able to copy over to my USB with createinstallmedia (the one that actually is installed now). Here BaseSystem.DMG and InstallESD.dmg were separate, whereas in previous versions BaseSystem.dmg would be inside InstallESD.dmg.

One day later I redownloaded the beta app, but this time BaseSystem actually WAS inside InstallESD.dmg. Fun fact: I couldn't use createinstallmedia on this one:

/Applications/Install macOS 10.13 Beta.app does not appear to be a valid OS installer application

Then try BaseSystem method now... it may work this time.

Did someone tested netflix HTML5 capabilities over Kabylake systems? Doe still need Silverlight? Because Kabylake has native hardware support DRM for decoding H265 and Apple FairPlay DRM.

There's a change in the firmware/bios version, it's been updated to support apfs. However, the installer won't update anything on our computers because, simply, we don't have the chip that holds the firmware.

You might ask, "what shall I do then?".

You go to your config.plist and update the smbios.

Below is a table with the updated information, thanks to @Ukr55 from applelife.ru.

BiosVersion

You pick one that is right for you computer and put it in smbios->BiosVersion.

How to pick the right one?

For instance: MBP91.88Z.00D3.B21.1705012105

You look at the value before the first point, in this case MBP91 which stands for MacBookPro9,1. Furthermore, there's an indication in front of every entry.

Also you need to update the BiosReleaseDate, for all of the above entries it's 05/01/2017.

If you still have issues with the firmware during installation, http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/284656-clover-general-discussion/?p=2438129.

Updated list.

-2-

New update in build 17A291m.

The end of our Motherboard + CPU?

We have already lost audio (i have to use a USB adapter), let's hope we don't have to change our entire motherboard+cpu+ram!

Has anyone managed to install high sierra with Haswell + z87?

I will assume this value only need to be changed on macOS High Sierra installs and not Sierra 10.12. Or both?

It should not make any difference for other versions of macOS. However, it's very important for High Sierra as it has new features.

Thanks. It would be niçe to only use one EFI and one clover install to boot both Sierra's.

It's -lilubeta -alcbeta. Be sure to have latest version of kexts from devs Github.

For those with Z87 and Haswell CPUs you have to go into Clover ACPI patching menu and Drop Tables "MATS" ACPI Tables as shown into this picture. Then the system will boot createmediainstaller disk and a Welcome screen will be shown.

Yeah, I think my second download was corrupted somehow. Couldn't mount InstallESD.dmg anymore. Verification failed. Just downloaded it again and it's indeed the same as the first download. InstallESD and BaseSystem separate  :wallbash:

Some users reported that their download was only 5mb or something so I guess Apple is/was toying around with the image

Yeah. I am also interested in h265 as well. I wonder what YouTube will stream for safari with the latest OS X. I have a pentium based kabylake CPU and I am still trying to install high sierra on it.
