here you go this opencore efi works on catalina and big sur

just double check your bios settings

my laptop is a dell

latitude e7470

i7 6th gen

520 intel graphics

if your laptop has any other type of graphics your going to have to configure that

Hi @bbmatias3,

That's really nice - Thanks! :)

I just added the "-v" (verbose) to boot arguments and unfortunately it stops booting as per picture...

The BigSur image was  "DD" copied from a VM installed image from Olarila, which boots on my Z390 Desktop with different EFI/OC.

Anyone with a haswell CPU that is struggling to boot big sur, this may help you as my machine doesn't boot without emulation. it's an odd one but i tried everything to get the installer working and this was the fix for my haswell system. But anyone using my config check this section as some will need it and some won't, so if you get ACPI kernel panics with it, then remove it.

Yeah my Haswell refuses to boot, it ends up with KP regardless.

Thanks to all Devs for their hard work. Successfully booted with usb without WEG as it gave a kernel panic. Working great so far. However, Control Center is not reponsive.

Any successful clean USB installs on coffeelake+ yet? (9th gen laptop) If so tag me and post config please.

i've uploaded my coffelake desktop efi. just make the necessary changes for the laptop

If anyone seems to be stuck at forcing cs_runtime for entitlement then be patient, it does take time. don't restart the installation
