Does anyone have this problem?

Select update and restart under macOS. Then first restart Clover successfully chose macOS update install as default boot drive. But for the second restart, Clover chooses Windows as default boot drive. It happens not just for this 10.15.2 update but previous updates as well.

Is there a way to let Clover choose correct boot drive when update macOS?

Don't know about clover, but I solved that problem by moving to OpenCore.

Yes, I have that too. Clover does not choose the right drive while updating on Catalina. Maybe @Slice must look at what caused this!

Hi @telepati Here, Clover r5100 choose Catalina Install Data at reboot. Maybe because (I suppose), In my config.plist, I've put this:

	Default setting:

		<key>DefaultVolume</key>
		<string>LastBootedVolume</string>
		<key>Legacy</key>
		<string>PBR</string>

	My setting:
		<key>DefaultVolume</key>
		<string>Catalina-HD</string>
		<key>Legacy</key>
		<string>PBR</string>

My settings are similar but the problem is while updating it's not choosing the right drive. For example, first, restart its choosing correct disk but the second restart it's choosing my TimeMachine disk or Windows.

For me, it boots into a recovery partition because the recovery partitions are located before the system partitions on my APFS-formatted drives.  I've tried re-arranging the order of the partitions in Clover without any luck.

Do note: there is no FairPlay support for Polaris cards on Catalina. RX 460 is Baffin.

It won't work for now.  In terms of HEVC, a patch was just submitted this morning that enables HEVC on all Polaris cards using WhateverGreen. It should be released soon.

I got to know that it won’t work the hard way :D

thanks about the HEVC info, I already have it enabled with the latest development build ;)

is there any info in terms of bringing DRM back for Polaris? I don’t know how but if I can somehow help devs let me know
