I think AppleBacklitFixup.kext is not working properly in my hack running Catalina 10.15.2. it no longer retains the brightness level when i restart like before. when i restart, the brightness is always at max even if i shut down with low brightness. Anybody know a fix for this? Thanks.

Did you check nvram yet?

Sadly I’m getting a kernel panic on this one. Seems to have already upgraded some of the OS so I can’t go back to the previous version. The text rushes by so fast on boot up that I can’t see why it’s panicking. How should I go about troubleshooting it?

Has those issues with Apple Mail been fixed?

I need those bugs to be fixed first....won't rejoin beta channel unless that crappy Mail is resolved.

see: here

Encountering bugs is what beta program is all about. Stop and just wait for release then.

Hi

I've got some errors with this update at first reboot:

  • disk2 I/O errors
  • so I can install Beta 2
  • I can't repair my Catalina HD from Recovery Partition

How to delete this update? What is the best solution for this problem

Thanks
