My Sandy Bridge laptop issue in 10.14 1. CPUPM 2. HD 3000 Accelerator except list above, all is good. if someone find some solution, it's best. or give up 10.14 in sandy brigde laptop. i think users of 1st generation laptop have been experienced since long time ago. hope they find some solution. i will return High Sierra on 4230s. thanks. extra info.brightness control is working with black screen and itunes and volume control working. also system is stable before. because fan is quiet. but black screen. seems to need more research. Sorry, except Intel graphics card (HDMI) is nothing running. Your ALC282 will not be displayed. I tried opening and running the install, but the Book always restarts with KP... But in Imac Pro, I'm downloading! Let's see what happens... However i managed to get full resolution after adding the Sierra: AppleIntelHD3000Graphics.kext AppleIntelSNB... .kext But i have no QE (if im calling it correctly) no transparent dock or menu bar. now it correctly shows 512mb on About this mac. Eveything else seems to be working fine as far as i have tested (even HDMI) cpu pm works. Also extra tip, HandOff/Continuity/Universal Clipboard seems to work perfect on Mojave. Universal Clipboard works like real time like on a real mac. I copy on iPhone,after 2 sec right click on laptop and the paste option shows up and works correctly. only Instant Hotspot seems that it is not working like it didnt on previous releases. I can adjust brightness, i can see the screen dimming or getting brighter but no cursor or any other output. i had to boot in safe mode,remove them and only add back those two kexts i mentioned in order to have normal graphics at full resolution but without acceleration(QE) “no transparent menu bar or dock). hopefully someone does figure out a way to make full acceleration work.
