yes. i checked all with debug.

debug is no problem. i think we wait that rehabman's fix version. maybe after official HS release.

I not used Coconut Battery  :) What is this ?

Just check for battery work or not.

Coconut report battery's problem.

Still shown battery information(no problem).

As result, need to fix B.I problem in future.

I reboot 3 time in a row 

Default menus still there for me

i tried to fix B.I issue many times through fresh install hs pb3. but my case, i'm sure that B.I issue happen.
I tried to fix all the suspicious places but it was not solved.
It needs to be improved driver.
Of course there can be exceptions.

Since the Beta 1 I have not had this problem

Also not have this problème in Sierra 10.12

I never have B.I issue in el capitan and sierra.

In my case, Since HS dp1, it is happen.

 

Add. In usb installer, shown B.I on menubar.

 

This problem is suddenly happen after enjoy HS.

In my case, Since HS dp1, it is happen.

Same here, using ACPIBateryManager v1.70.3 + DSDT Patch. But I think it'll be updated after 10.13 stable release...

I installed HS PB3 to clear B.I how can get issue.

1. Installed fresh HS PB3

2. Install kexts from kext utility.

3. Reboot

4. Still alive B.I

5. Go power saving on setting.

6. See Default(checked) B.I

7. Uncheck B.I then check B.I again

8. Reboot

9. B.I disappear after reboot. Always hold uncheck B.I status every boot.

10. Never can fix B.I issue after happen.

Uhmmb, is it installed on and run from SLE? On my case, it' s just located on /EFI/CLOVER/kexts/10.13 folder and loaded by system. But, both give same results here.

I dont use some kexts in 10.13. I prefer to use manual made kext.

So i have to use kext utility. Anyway B.I issue surely happen.

 

No more invest times because now we cant fix.

Wait times to fix this issue by rehabman or someone when maybe release official HS.

Update done.

 

But may be an issue with Amd x 460 : i must try booting with Dvi unpluged on mobo igpu to see if i will solve that.

Wait, but on my case.. the problem is ACPIBatteryManager v1.70.3 just; "not loaded" on 17A306f, or I was wrong hmmmb..  ;)

ACPIBatteryManager was loaded on my laptop HS PB3.

I checked all with debug log. Log is good. It seems same log like sierra.

Can anyone confirm that nvidia driver works smoothly on High Sierra with old patching method? Or we should wait for the next release driver? I'm using a GTX 1050.

i see your screenshot now.

BTFirmwareuploader is not working in 10.13. also EAPDFix too. can't see both kext log. only works ApplePS2SmartTouchPad.

i report this problem to him. but still he is very busy..

 

i recommend rehabman's bt kext in 10.13

the problem with installing hs on thinkpad is it hangs at "kextd stall (240s) appleacpicpu pci'. i have no method to solve it . :(

Asus X99-A II

 

FakeSMC is up to date, Broadwell-E Patches are used in config.plist

Anyone any idea?

EFI Driver issue ???

 

Don’t think so install stick was working! Same EFI files from Install stick but with needed Kext files.

if your usb stick works so you can boot into macOS using it?

Everything seems to be alright with the new macOS High Sierra

I'm using APFS on a Western Digital 1TB 7200 RPM HDD.

 

 

Yes but the strange part is as soon as the same EFI is on the drive its unbootable

Is there a nvram.plist on the HDD where you replace the EFI folder? If so delete it and try again.

If not, do not replace it the EFI folder just delete the one you have on the HDD and copy/paste the one you have on the USB.
