Thats what Im gonna do, keep it seeding on my perfectly stable 10.4.6. While I install .8 on my new box. Keeps every1 happy :D

The best part...

Is tomorrow (Halloween) is my Birthday, and JaS' new release is an awesome present!

exactly

Just know for every 5 that {censored}, there are 10 saying KICK ASS as the new kernel boots up.

Man thats just f***ing awesome , happy birthday :D glad I could give you something.

I think the thing that is so damn frustrating is that there has to be people who've completed the download and already said screw everyone else and disconnected.

There is an easy workaround for this problem:

@JaS

Next time, just seed an encrypted .rar and post the password later when enough people are seeding :D

Anyway, i don't care to wait, m ratio is just at 0.3 anyway atm.

And btw.: Happy birthday NdofTaWorld :D

(My first deadmoo torrent finished exactly on my bithday, too :D )

For me part of the thrill is when it does not work, because then I learn something new (even if I am not a programer, more into system admin)... lol, i love and live to fool around with O/Ses

Same here. I visit distrowatch at least daily and grab anything new and pop it into a VMWare virtual machine, no matter how alpha or beta it might be. Unless its not in my language but that's kinda a given that such a thing would be stupid. :D

Nah, I doubt that. I remember him having connection issues way back when, maybe he still does. Either way, they know that even if they take him down, someone else would step up to the plate.

I'd get back into it were it not for the fact that people are so ungrateful for the time and energy people spend on this {censored}. :P

Besides... while I can't visibly see any seeds, I still see the full torrent nearing 95% completion overall (but I'm stuck at 93.1% with 250 frigging connections coming in).

Use a bittorrent client that has DHT, like Azureus.

But I'm tracking fine on Demonoid. Don't know what the issue you're having is... but Demonoid and TPB can be cranky sometimes so I always use a client that has distributed hub tracker enabled... it makes sure things always go smoothly.

My {censored} ISP has found a way to block DHT, it can get pings out but no one can reach me... (And, before someone tries to explain port forwarding here, it was all good till my ISP had an "upgrade.") Trackers work ok... However, any suggestions welcome...

ooops thread hijack :P

--HA, just found the solution, it works sweet if the port is under 49000 or so.--

--49151 to be exact, anything above that the DHT gets whacked... So if you are on iHug (should be called iChoke, really), and are getting {censored} speed, it's worth a try -worked for me anyhow...
