RX-460 not sure because no actual experience for this model, but AMD 7950 or R9 290X was working. I use USBv3 Fix for El captian to get my USB working properly. The system working without Problems... in moment :-) Sierra 10.12.6 no upgrade make now. Thanks to the Kernel Developer. Only Standby sometimes not wakeup unhappy.
