Onetrack
I'm a systems admin, network admin, cad tech (land desktop and civil 3d) for a local surveyor. We primarily build new subdivisions and I do a lot of basement certifications for the city. We also use GPS for mapping and putting in property lines. I wish, hope and pray that autocad comes to osx some day, I hate using my dell at work, its such a clunky biotch. In past, I was a systems admin / network admin for a very large online casino, and I did a stint in the department of Internal Affairs in New Zealand as a consultant. If anyone wants proof, I have it in my passport Primarily a unix background, solaris mainly - windows makes me surley, so I remove it wherever possible - At the job I'm at now, the first thing I did was chuck their exchange server out a window. :angry2:)))) Yay. I should have been a doctor tho, doc's drive porches and have thin wives. Speaking of which I'm about to be a daddy - the wife is 19 weeks along with our first ankle biter. karmatose
Presently I work as a graphic designer for a direct import firm. I'm responsible for making all product packaging and sales material. Im also the company webmaster. Ive held some wacky jobs in the past though. My first actual job with a paycheque was folding and delivering newspapers. Next I worked on a cattle farm for a few years. After that, I picked up as a PC Technician then from that I moved to the ranks of college student I took a Network Engineer program and got myself a job basically doing more PC technician stuff, so I left and started my own company with a good mate of mine. We did app design, web design, network and cabling systems and pc repair. I sold my half of the company to move with this girl I was dating at the time. After that, I worked at a bar as a barback for a while trying to do freelance stuff on the side but moved to driving forklift for a living. Which brings me to where I am now. There's more, but that covers the highlights...

FUKKU
Web development for a software company. I work from home, get free internet, and have maybe 20 hours worth of work on a normal week. Of course, it's those few weeks a year where I'm working 70+ hours that I REALLY get paid for.
