Sad hearing that this may have been one of the last songs he listened to. He seemed like a good guy and very mature for a teenage forum moderator.

I understand, is there a funeral home that we can send flowers to? Is there anything like that we can do?

This put such a damper on my weekend. I miss him and his jokes with Numberzz. And the epic AppleCare call. 'You put it in the drive and install. It's like Windows.' Such an amazing quote. It's weird knowing that someone the same age as me is gone. He got me to believe that I can run Crysis. Prawker you will be dearly missed. You were taken far too soon. Rest in virtual nirvana friend.

Anthony passed away on friday morning at 9:15 am he went peacefully and is now cancer free. viewing will be from 2pm untill 9pm friday sept.5th and services will be saturday sept 6th at 11 am at the RG & GR Harris funeral home at 31551 ford road garden city michigan 48135

Man, my condolences... I didn't know Prawker, but like many enjoyed his little "Compaq Presario" prank. I am deeply saddened right now

OMG this news just messed up my whole night...

I feel really sad and helpless. I didn't even know him and it affects me so negatively.

He was only 17? Crazy!! I'm 15 so this is really weird. It just reminds me of my friends around here who have passed away too soon also.

totally just weirded me out that i see his name viewing the thread...

You know it's weird. I didn't know Prawker very well at all. I knew almost nothing about him before I became a Mod. Also since becoming one, and him having to take time out because of his caner we never got much of a chance to talk.

But I remember clearly remember the first time I ever spoke to him was when I told someone on IRC I didn't know much about the new Mod Prawker and he read it and thought I'd spoken bad about him. I think we talked for 1hour+ in IRC PMs afterward with me apologizing to him if it sounded that way and trying to reassure him all I meant was I didn't know him. We got on really well that way. But I swear what really makes me sad is that that's really the last time I properly spoke to him. And that was 1 year ago +- a month.

There was so much potential in a good friendship from that IRC talk but I never tried again. Thought there was so need to rush.

For a guy I really didn't know, it's odd how it's all made me feel.
