I’ve been trying to update my Sequia to Tahoe but haven’t succeeded

I would appreciate if anyone can provide helping hand.

My config.plist is attached and also my PC specs.

I created an USB bootable flash with Tahoe, it starts booting but then it reboots or hang.

i’ve updated all kexts and using opencore 1.0.5.

No iMac just Hackintosh, Studio and Macbook

I am using the T919 and my bluetooth does not work. Anything you did to get it working. Can you share your EFI to compare

because i m using mini itx Mobo so i use M.2 Wifi card, the BT is connected over USB interface, in my case is internal usb port in my motherboard, im my specific mobo its HS13(internal mobo aura) and HS14(internal usb to M2 port)

for Fenvi 919 its need to connect the USB from pci card to a usb header, make sure that usb port is enable in mapping. CMIIW

Inside EFI https://limewire.com/d/4MYGy#JDCjxLtL1Z

there are 2 images with the errors found, 2 kexts was enabled but not present in OC->kEXTS
OC was not the latest build available , take from here  https://dortania.github.io/builds/?product=OpenCorePkg&viewall=true&version=1.0.5    build and kexts ( now alredy all updated )
Disabled the SSDT-UIAC edited for Tahoe and enabled your USBPorts kext
Good Luck

Hi,Anto65

Unfortunately still stuck at same error, but it hangs at the same point as in the pic sent earlier and then boots to recovery where touch-pad and keyboard are working.

Have tried various combos of with without ssdt , kexts etc but still no go.

Any suggestions I could look into.

thanks

Thanks, you actually gave me a crucial clue as to why the BT was not working. I rechecked my USBMap.kext and see that I did not include that when I excluded unwanted ports. I remapped and now it's back. Thanks

Finally got Tahoe on Dell Latitude 5510.

PROS: That euphoric feeling of being able to install it!

CONS: It's sluggish, so it didn't really worth the effort...

About this tahoe.png

Is it a new installation or on an update? I am asking you this, cause on my matebook is also sluggish on an update and smooth on a new installation 😁

NEW: more research with Tahoe although in Sequoia and Tahoe you can use the USBMap.kext kext together with the SSDT SSDT-UIAC.aml and it creates the logical ports less than 15 the HSxx and SSxx in my case although it appears reflected the USB3.0 are not mounted as uUSB3.0 they are mounted in HSxx More cases have been reported with my specific chip we understand that this method is not working properly yet “Cannon Lake PCH USB 3.1 xHCI Host Controller” solution see screenshot

On the other hand in Hasweel the kext in question does work in OLD:

New install - I tried it on two different laptops: Skylake with HD P530 is sluggish, while Kabi Lake with HD 630 is fine.

I don't understand why if the USBConnector is 0 you define it as 255

USBConnector and usb-port-type , they must have the same value

A couple of examples

No entiendo por qué si el conector USB es 0 lo defines como 255

USBConnectorusb-port-type , deben tener el mismo valor

I continue investigating with respect to Hasweel, having carefully reviewed the kext, I find that HSxx ports have been assigned the value 3 instead of 0. I cannot find the apparent reason for this, but on this computer the OLD: it has correctly mounted the USB 3.0

Hackintosh can be really interesting sometimes. My motherboard is Asus H110M-D. After updating the EFI folder I use, the installation is successful. I use Ventura, Sequoia and Thaoe with the same EFI. So far, normal. I wanted to see what the result would be with EFI folders belonging to different motherboards. And I tried with the EFI shared by @Ludox Interesting, but the installation is still successful. Another EFI is still successful. I guess the EFI does not matter for Asus H110M-D. 🤔😆

Corrected like this

Hello Sir

But where does the info.plist file come from, in which you can modify the USB ports?

I use this USBMap-master and after  letters D, Q, P, A, K
I get the USBMap.kext file, but there's no improvement upon reboot.

regards
