Its the version that is in the Apple Store, it has always worked before...

Same for me, can't download Xcode from App Store but I can get beta version from developer beta. Do as @ricoc90 says.

Okay, I have a problem.

Like many of you, I had problems going from Beta 2 to Beta 3, but I got past that by downloading the latest OC (0.8.3)

However, in my attempt to move to Beta 95i, I am stumped.   I can't get past the opening page and it just stops with a kernel panic.

Based on a fair amount reports from you all, I was hoping it would just update, but no go.  I tried the download method and I installed on a USB bootable stick, ended up in the same place. I will attach a screen shot soon.

Any thoughts out there?

Make sure your Lilu is up to date with the latest commit. There were some changes made for beta 3.

Did you update Lilu as well? I'll attach it I apparently will not attach it.

Sidenote, if you use -lilubetaall then it counts for ALL plugins of Lilu. No need to have their separate flags as well.

Niet mooi :P Please avoid redistributing binaries, while self-compiled ones could be even worse... We do not want to spend so much time as we did before to figure out users' problem. Thanks!

OC 0.8.3 and Lilu 1.6.2 Beta continued to work perfectly - application of Ventura Beta 3 update 22A5295i to my HackMini8,1  proceeded without any issues.

With OC 0.8.3 and Lilu 1.6.2 Beta , the Incremental update ( beta 2-> beta3 ) did not work for me.  Message indicating: "Failed to prepare the software update, please try again"

After 2nd attempt, it dowloaded the full installer ( +11 GB ). The rest is history :thumbsup_anim:

macOS 13.0 Ventura adds 8K60 support for Dell UP3218K ...
... for Mac Pro 2019 + something (don't know what the + something is).
But you can get around that with my Lilu/WhateverGreen patch.

I booted without BlueToolFixUp and the incremental update went through completely fine

An off-topic query here but couldn’t contain my curiosity:

What's more interesting to me is, why use BlueToolFixup in the first place? Presuming you use the Fenvi T919 (which, if I'm not mistaken, packs a Broadcom 94360 combo chipset found in genuine Apple AirPort cards) should work OOB, with all WiFi + BT features supported natively on macOS, without the need for any additional kexts. Does the use of BlueToolFixup here improve BT functionality for a specific use-case that I'm not aware of?

I recently realized that without bluetoolfixup airdrop doesn’t work properly on Ventura but on Monterey it works flawlessly as far as I remember.

Bluetooth mouse and keyboard work just fine tho.

But I can conduct more tests and share the results with you. Just let me know what to test and I’ll check.

You're right! BT features (Handoff + AirDrop) appear to be broken on Ventura, even with genuine AirPort cards; operates unidirectionally (iOS->macOS) on my end. I now wonder what changed within the BT stack in Ventura that causes this.

Thanks for this info!

EDIT- Turns out BT features break after sleep/wake cycle on Ventura. No issues with native cards on Ventura.

@Cyberdevs Okay, I retract what I reported earlier - my bad! It turns out BT features tend to break sometimes after a sleep/wake cycle on Ventura, most likely a beta-related bug as this behavior is not seen on Monterey. In any case, use of BlueToolFixup with native cards still makes no sense as they do not contain code or patches to support functionality when using native cards.
