Works on my 280X.Works on my AMD Radeon HD 7650M too, latest Sierra,dedicated card, internal one disabled by bios completely,and can't be enabled, and well now it goes to sleep, wakes up normally, screen is on, everything looks normal. Darkwake set to 10 and hibernate to 0. Thanks salamence502 for pointing that out on here.
