  1. Hello everyone I can not optimally configure my integrated video card on a gigabyte H370M DS3H motherboard. Would someone kindly help me? Thank you Send me.zip
  2. Hello, and thank you for your help! Ever since installing my new Sapphire Radeon Pulse RX580, I've been having issues with audio freezing up for the whole system- seemingly the coreaudiod process crashing / my USB audio interface not working. It feels random but seems to correlate with playing youtube videos, streaming audio in Finder, playing sound files from chat clients like Telegram/Discord and such. The system otherwise works as normal, with only audio related functions breaking. Sometimes instead of a full freeze / crash, the sample rate of audio will just drop significantly, causing a lot of aliasing. I followed this guide here, though it is outdated and some KEXTs have been merged with WhateverGreen. The shikigva=4 & -rad4200 boot arguments weren't available in WhateverGreen so I didn't add any boot arguments. https://hackintosher.com/guides/fix-rendering-issues-fcpx-high-sierra/ My issue was not fixed by this. I also learned that USBInjectAll hadn't been given a custom SSDT and so I made one, which I have included at the end of this post. I also disabled the 15 port patch which had been left on. My USB ports now show up properly (though I've excluded my mobo's type-c port to meet the 15 port limit). My audio issues still have not been fixed, though. On High Sierra, the crash was irrecoverable- opening sound in system prefs just froze up, and I have to reset the system to get audio back. In Catalina, I seem to be able to choose a different audio device then go back to my external interface to reset the driver and get sound back. Thank you for any help / ideas you can offer! UPDATE: Issue still persists. I'm now using a USBPorts.kext created by Hackintool and have updated my list of current kexts below. System: Kexts:

  4. Me (and many other people) experience eye-ache from new Macbooks (and windows machines). I have spent two years of trial-and-error and found that installing macOS Mavericks on my MacBook (pro 13 late 2013, Intel Iris 1536 MB) resolves the issue of eye ache completely. (it is believed that newer systems use harsher version of temporal dithering that causes of a certain group of indivisuals eye aches). I cannot stay at Mavericks because of software support and security issues, so the only thing is an issue now: How can I take drivers from Mavericks and install them on Catalina? (I tried replacing .kext in /System/Library/Extensions with old files but it didn't work). It would be so great if possible! Thank you
  5. Hi guys! I have not acceleration in my IGPU graphic card, the system says: 7mb vram and everything goes very slowly, neither can to change resolution. I used lilu.kext and inteligraphicsfixup.kext but nothing happens. I tried a lot of things but nothing changes. Tried changing my Fake ID Intel: 0x59128086 and Inject Intel ig-platform: 0x59120000 but nothing happens. I`ve got this issue from 20 days ago and I don´t find the solution. My specs: Desktop Asus H110M-D mobo i3 7100 Kaby Lake Intel HD 630 IGPU 4gb ddr4 ram 500GB HDD WD High Sierra 10.13 OSX Any suggestion will be very appreciated!! Thanks in advance

    AMD 7750 (7770, 7xxxx) fixture for Mojave

I have bought a 2nd hand AMD Radeon 7750 to fix my Mojave installation problems. Although the Vendor/Device Id is in AMD7000Controller.Kext, I get a black screen and with some changes a yellow screen. I can not find any useful information to fix that. All information are for High Sierra and older macOS versions. Is there any fix to resolve that? What if I buy an RX 650 for example?
  7. Hello guys. I have a toshiba satellite c650-17v laptop that has an i3 330m (an aftermarket addition, since it came with P6000 which is similar to the first gen i3 but underclocked and with less features.) I have successfully installed El Capitan v 10.11.3 on it. I've used giorfrida's patch utility to patch my AppleIntelHDGraphicsFB.kext but I can't seem to get fully to work. VendorID is 8086 and DeviceID is 0046. Because the screen is broken I've connected an external tv screen and I only got CI, not QE.
  8. Hello! Recently, I got back into Hackintoshing and I installed OSX El Capitan on to my Asus Q550LF. So far it's working alright, but there are some horrible graphics issues, some of which are below: Chrome is constantly flashing with white lines going across the window. The Login screen experiences weird black horizontal and vertical line flashes, especially on boot and after logging in Launchpad takes a full second to open, and renders horribly slowly System Profiler reports the following: Type: GPU Bus: Built-In VRAM (Total): 7 MB VRAM (Dynamic, Max): Vendor: Intel (0x8086) Device ID: 0x0a16 Revision ID: 0x0009 Kernel Extension Info: No Kext Loaded Displays: Display: Resolution: 1920 x 1080 Pixel Depth: 32-Bit Color (ARGB8888) Main Display: Yes Mirror: Off Online: Yes I am using the Clover bootloader and no current graphics patches. What can I do to make graphics not so horrible?
  9. so i have clover installed and windows 8 installed as uefi. when i boot windows through the bios it works fine but when i boot windows efi through clover it goes to the windows boot logo spins a few times then my monitor just turns off. the computer is still on and the fans are still running so i cant tell if windows is still running just without the graphics card. when i start windows in safemode through clover though it boots just fine. anyone else have this issue or know how to solve it? I have a gtx770 and z87x-ud3h Thanks
  10. I'm having a strange problem on a new install and I can't seem to find a resolution or similar problem on the forums after much searching. Currently all of my Finder windows & Apple apps are displaying buttons without icons. My menu bar has several icons that I can best describe as "glitched out" they appear randomly pixelated like you applied an extreme grain filter in Photoshop. Here are my system specs: Intel Core i7-4770K 3.5 GHZ Gigabyte GA-Z87X-UD5H Z87 LGA 1150 Corsair Vengeance 32GB (4x8GB) DDR3 1600 MHz Crucial M500 960GB SATA 2.5-Inch SSD (x2) EVGA Nvidia GeForce GTX770 2GB GDDR5 256bit LG Electronics 14x Internal BDXL Blu-Ray Burner Rewriter Attached is a screenshot of many examples. I'm assuming this is a graphics card error. I did try installing the Nvidia Web Drivers but nothing seemed to change. If there is anything else I should be trying I would love the suggestions. Thanks.
  11. Hi everyone. I'm new to this forum and hackintoshes. Just recently I was able to successfully install OS X 10.9 on my HP G62-470CA (specs here: http://h20566.www2.hp.com/portal/site/hpsc/template.PAGE/public/kb/docDisplay?javax.portlet.begCacheTok=com.vignette.cachetoken&javax.portlet.endCacheTok=com.vignette.cachetoken&javax.portlet.prp_ba847bafb2a2d782fcbb0710b053ce01=wsrp-navigationalState%3DdocId%253Demr_na-c02674415-2%257CdocLocale%253D%257CcalledBy%253D&javax.portlet.tpst=ba847bafb2a2d782fcbb0710b053ce01&ac.admitted=1408231975655.876444892.199480143). Although I am super excited about using OS X I'm not quite happy yet. I am getting 1024x768 on a laptop that should be getting a higher resolution (and should be able to output a higher resolution). The icons look weird, there if flickering when browsing the web and other misc activities, and animations are a complete eye sore. Suffice to say I need help. The laptop works off of integrated graphics, the Intel HD 4000. How can I remedy the problems I am having. (Bonus: Is there a way I can also re-enable my VGA and HDMI, I usually output to an external monitor at 1920x1080). I'm sorry if this isn't satisfactory information for you to help me with my problems, please ask and I will try and get back to you with the information asap, I'm really new to this and am not completely sure what information I should provide. Thanks for your time, hopefully we can solve this problem.
  12. Hello all, I have three hard drives in my setup: two dedicated to Mac OS X and its backup, and one for Windows. I'm trying to get both OSes (Ubuntu boots via USB) to play nicely. Clover is installed to the EFI partition of the Mac OS X hard drive. It's also set as the default boot device. Mac version here shouldn't matter, and I run Windows 8.1 Pro. I have also applied SSDT and DSDT patches via aml files. I don't know if Clover injects those into non-Mac OSes. When I did a fresh UEFI reinstall of Windows, both the USB installer and the resulting Windows hard drive booted fine from Clover's menu. BUT, once I installed Nvidia's 337.88 WHQL driver or the CUDA 6 driver, Clover boots Windows into a black screen. The spinning wheel is there, but after that the desktop does not load. Booting via the UEFI boot device selection in the BIOS into the Windows Boot Manager makes the graphics work, but then what's the point of installing Clover? What's interesting is that Clover boots Windows not from Clover's EFI file but the Windows's bootmgfw.efi file (or at least that's the theory). So to Windows, it should be the same as booting natively without a Clover layer. But obviously it's not. The screen doesn't work. Anyone know a fix to this? Thanks! *Addition* Monitors are running through a Gigabyte GTX770 4GB, dual display on both DVI slots. Since Windows is going to be mainly for gaming use, I'd prefer if these monitors stay in these slots...
  13. Hello Guys! I have ran into a weird situation here. My DELL 7720 SE laptop had some power problem on the motherboard (as told by the service center guys) which made my system unbootable. They replaced the motherboard. I brought it home and obviously, tried installing OSX using the Time Machine Backup. It restored correctly. Used all the same files/ config as earlier but the system couldn't boot up. It boots in safe mode, but no QE/QC. When I delete the Intel HD4000 Kexts and SNBGraphics etc kexts, the system boots up, again w/o QE/QC!!! Now, what in the world has gone wrong?? I have updated the BIOS to the latest A16. Is the new motherboard different than the earlier one? Basically, Intel HD4000 is not working....... I am trying get it work on OS X 10.9.2 I tried latest Chameleon Bootloader with DSDT=Null and tried all IntelCapriFB=1-11 EnableDualLink=Yes/No, GraphicsEnabler=Yes/No SkipNvidiaGfx=Yes.. All except one gave me Black Screen... IntelCapriFB=4 was the best one as the Intel Graphics was detected correctly with 1024Mb VRAM...but No QE/QC.. The graphics is obviously crappy without QE/QC... I checked the loaded KEXTS and found that AGPM is not loading.. FramebufferCapri and HD4000 kexts are loading with IntelCapriFB=4.... Also, clover Bootloader is not able to find my Mac volume, yes, i have the HFS related driver in CLover... tried both Vbox and HFSPlus...!!!!! So using chameleon on the USB as I have windows in UEFI mode with GPT partitioning. The older DSDT worked flawlessly (thanks to Lejenk) Somehow the same DSDT has stopped working after the swapping of motherboard..... System has Intel HD Graphics 4000 and NVIDIA GT650M in optimus.. CPU is 3rd Gen Intel Core i7 3630QM.. HDD is 1TB partitioned as GPT... with windows 8 installed in UEFI mode... Please help!
  14. hello everyone, i have a lenovo g505s and i have installed mavericks on it, here the specifics: CPU: AMD a8 4500m 1.9 GHz with integrated hd graphics GPU: AMD Radeon HD 7640G + 8570M Dual Graphics AUDIO: Conexant CX20757 ETHERNET: Qualcomm Atheros AR8172/8176/8178 PCI-E Fast Ethernet Controller WIFI: Qualcomm Atheros AR9485 Wireless Network Adapter now, qe/ci isn't working, because the gpu isn't detected, also wifi, ethernet and audio don't work...can someone help me?
  15. Hey guys, So after a few days I managed to install OS X on my Lenovo E540 laptop with a modified kernel but I am having a few problems, mainly graphics and audio. Lets start with graphics, I had assumed it would work natively, I was wrong. I have an Intel Core i5 4200M with 4600 graphics, it started out coming up as a generic adapter with 3MB of vram then I added 'GE=Yes' and 'IGP=Yes' and it identified itself. I then added 'IntelAzulFB' and a number to my boot .plist and as I go through the numbers the ram changes (vram has changed to 7mb so I guess thats progress? ). I'm only up to 6 so I'll try the rest but I thought I'd get a head start on seeking another opinion. Now I don't have a DSDT nor do I know how to compile/patch one, if anyone could take a shot at creating one for me I'd be very grateful! I have attached my DSDT in .dsl and .aml form (DSDT.zip). I would have preferred the 4600 to work natively but if it could be injected (correct term?) into my DSDT so that it's compatible with any future updates (10.9.x) or OS's (e.g. Yosemite) then that would be great. I did move all AppleIntel* kexts to a back up folder (via Chameleon '-s') but that did nothing, I have restored them now. I am using a Realtek RTL8111.kext to get my ethernet working and Voodoo PS/2 to get my trackpad and keyboard working. Interestingly I now have to boot with '-f' to enable. Also have to specify my resolution in my boot .plist, would like that to be managed by OS (same thing I know, just a preference). Heres my boot .plist: <key>GUI</key> <string>No</string> <key>Graphics Mode</key> <string>1920x1080x32</string> <key>GraphicsEnabler</key> <string>Yes</string> <key>IGPEnabler</key> <string>Yes</string> <key>IntelAzulFB</key> <string>6</string> <key>Kernel Flags</key> <string>-f</string> <key>Quiet Boot</key> <string>Yes</string> <key>SMBIOS</key> <string>/Extra/SMBios.plist</string> MacBookAir6,2 (Haswell) <key>UseKernelCache</key> <string>Yes</string> Again please note that with 'IntelAzulFB 6' I am still going through the numbers. Also my audio is Conexant, don't know if that helps, Voodoo didn't work even after deleting AppleHDA. I've also got a weird icon in the status bar, no idea why its there or what it does, powering off card does nothing. Thanks for taking the time to read (or skim) over this and if you need any more info or have a suggestion, please do reply
  16. Hello. My AMD Radeon HD 6870 graphics card just died today. I'm currently running Mac OS X 10.7.4 on an Asus P8P67 Pro motherboard. I'm now debating whether I should replace my card with another one of the same model and keep my system as is, or if I should just update my OS X to Mavericks and upgrade my graphics card along with it. I'm having a really hard time deciding because I can't find a list of Mavericks' natively supported graphics cards. I'm confused as to whether all AMD 7000 series cards are supported, or if I should consider an NVIDIA card for Mavericks. I'm a total noob and I would prefer to avoid messing with kexts and such, so if I decide to upgrade to Mavericks, I would like a graphics card that's natively supported. If I do upgrade, I would do so using Andy's method (found here). Can you guys help me decide for a good graphics card for Mavericks? I do a lot of video and photo editing, so I would like a robust card. However, I'm kind of in tight budget since I did spend some money over the holidays. Any Input would really be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
  17. Hi to everyone, I'm trying to install iATKOS ML2 on an HP G62 with the switchable graphics card. Everything seems fine except this: if I boot with GraphicsEnabler=No, the PC boots up, in system info it shows an unknown ati gpu with no kext loaded, no QE CI and everything is laggy. But at least all the rest works fine. if I try to boot with GraphicsEnabler=Yes, it shows the attached errors. I'd like to totally kill the Radeon card, I'd be happy to use just the integrated Intel HD gpu, but I tried million ways (changing DSDT, kext's and all the possible boot flags..) without success. What could I do? Thanks for your help UPDATE: I tried changing the booting frame buffer using the flag AtiConfig followed by the name (ex. Langur).. Still nothing.. I always get the same error. My CPU is an Intel i3 M350 and the Radeon is a 6370M.
  18. Hello folks! I'm having some graphics glitches with my GTX 770 on OS X Mavericks 10.9. My boot args are -v GraphicsEnabler=Yes PCIRootUID=1 The glitch seems to happen mostly in graphical transitions. Instead of a smooth transition the graphics blink rapidly during transition animations then return to normal when there is no transition movement. Ive attempted to use pandora's box to patch the video kexts with no avail. Any ideas on how to go about resolving this issue and getting full graphics acceleration in 10.9? Relevant hardware: EVGA GTX 770 2gb (Read as the GK104 in 'About This Mac') Gigabyte z87-HD3 i7 4770k OSX Mavericks 10.9 (issue persists in both DP1 and DP2) Any help is much appreciated! thanks in advance!
  19. hello, i've searching for an answer with no luck... to the following question: can i have full QE support on an AMD 6970? Either on ML or even Mavericks? been trying all methods i could find, but all i got was full resolution and was able to connect 3 monitors, but no acceleration. can anyone help me? or just confirm the it can be done! thanks My specs: Asus P8Z77-V i7 2600k MSI AMD6970 2GBDDR5
  20. Hello all, Recently I installed OSX 10.7 on my Alienware m11x r1 here are the specs: Intel Pentium Processor SU4100 (2M Cache, 1.30 GHz, 800 MHz FSB) -OR- Intel Core 2 Duo SU7300 (1.3GHz, 800 MHz, 3 MB) 2GB, -OR- 4GB, -OR- 8GB DDR3 - 800MHz RAM 11.6-inch WideHD 1366x768 (720p) LCD 1GB GDDR3 NVIDIA GeForce GT 335M discrete video Mobile Intel GS45 Chipset Intel 4500HD onboard video Intel Internal High-Definition 5.1 Surround Sound Audio My problem is that when I run things like sixtyforce (a n64 emulator) or TF2 or minecraft (pretty much any game) I get only around 12-17 fps which this laptop should be getting a lot more (check out this video for example: ) All these games are on the lowest settings I have no graphical problems when i open launchpad though. everything is smooth. But all games seem to ignore the fact that my gpu exists. I know this laptop can run well because i could run these games smoothly on my windows installation. The computer does see my GPU in its system profiler and its display settings but still it is very slow. I have tried the methods of removing the applegraphicspowermanagment.kext in order to boost my graphics but nothing has changed... I'd love some help it would be great to get this working again. - Colin
  21. Hi everyone, I'm pretty new to hackintosh stuff but I have a pretty okay knowledge with programming. Essentially I tried installing the official version of El Capitan on my Mac Pro 3,1 running Yosemite and since then my ATI Radeon HD5000 graphics card has not been working properly. I can't fullscreen Youtube videos without serious lag and I can't run 3d graphics such as Unity3d. I think there's an issue with my kexts. Here's the output when I run kextutil on AMDSupport.kext and AMD5000Controller.kext. 22. I decided that I would try as many random things to my graphis card before I got a new graphics card (I decided I would get AMD RADEON HD 5450) So with my current ATI RADEON X200 I found out that I should be able to get full resoloution with Callisto so I thought I would try it out. Following the instructions I got nothing. I am not sure if I did it correctly but in the end when I rebooted there was no change. I System Profiler there was no just the usual (Display 7mb). I was wondedring if anyone could help me out. Also if anyone has Calisto drivers that work with ATI RADEON X200 or may work with it, it would be really helpful if you could reply as an attachment. Also is AMD RADEON HD 5450 a good choice?
  23. Hi, any help would be appreciated!!!! By attempts I mean using different sets of kexts etc. Display is set on the right resolution and QE/CI appears to be enabled (though I’m guessing only partially=transparent menu bar) however I frequently get graphics artifacts on my screen, making osx virtually unusable. Everything other than my graphics is working e.g. sound, networking (internet) etc in ML. I also have a working snow leopard setup, with graphics fully functional at my disposal. I'm taking a huge guess here (note my sarcasm) but I believe this to be the root of my problems: My powercolor card is working fine in Windows 7 & SL 10.6.8. Display is set to 1366x768x32 in ML (using a small monitor). I have tried using a lot of different Apps and the results are the same, even when disabling hardware acceleration options (where available) and the grand finale... Any help would be greatly appreciated. thank you
  24. Hello all, After 2 days of experimenting, I finally have Mac OSX Lion 1.7.2 working on my Acer Aspire. Everything works perfectly, from the battery driver to the sounds, and from the touchpad to the keyboard. Except: the grahpics. I can boot with every resolution with the "Graphics Mode""="1600x900x32" boot line, but the system only recognises 5 MB of my 1GB video memory. Just because of that little fact it's almost impossible to work with the setup. Even the OSX line screensaver laggs like hell. Also, when I don't put a Graphics Mode option, I only get the 1024x768 resolution in the display settings, and when I do set the mode, I get only my entered mode. So, I need some help of you guys. I really would like to get the correct drivers for this system. when I use hardware information software like CPU-Z or HardwareMonitor on my windows os, I get "AMD Radeon 6600M and 6700M Series". I just can't find the exact type. I really, really hope someone can guide me into the right direction, as I'm thrilled to get started with Lion! Thanks all in advance, and hoping for an answer, Basaa
