You can't tell me iMac14,2 is unsupported, that makes no sence.

It's a DP.

I really could care less about the installer, we just want the boot logo after install and some ppl claim they hav it yet won't say how.

Ok, I was referring to those who have launched stone for the first time in this discussion, ok?

I usually boot in verbose mode, before it boots in the OS the graphics get destroyed and the computer boots.

I have tried kext-dev-mode=1, safe mode, single user but none works.

Everything worked flawless the other upgrades..

Here is a screenshoot just before booting up and the graphics destroys and the system reboots.

Can anyone just point out in which line I can find the error? Have tried almost everything to get it to boot into the OS.

Appreciate the help!

ok then explain why my real imac14,2 is fine, that smbios is not the issue here

Maybe because I do not have problems with Clover, and I have a full detailed SMBIOS in my config.plist. Thing that is not on my installer.
But that's not the point, because it might actually be something else the problem.

But........ then tell me if you think that Mac-FC02E91DDD3FA6A4 is not a supported platform...
Even if that NSLog happens  for any other reason....

We look forward to your response

DSMOS is not arriving, meaning FakeSMC is not loading. Boot in single user and load it manually. Good luck!

Micky, is Pandora already updated to support Yosemite? It's still my one-click tool of choice, hope the development is not abandoned...

My response?

What you say don't make much sense. Did you think I didn't have a proper SMBIOS or something? I do understand how to make one and yes I use clover.

Again me and most other people are NOT talking about that installer, I really could care less about the installer showing the boot logo, thats just pointless.

Pandora was ready with many new things, until he came out Yosemite. The new installer breaks the Pandora system of choices during installation. I'm doing so a totally new thing. I hope it works.
Unfortunately school is over, and I'm doing a summer job ..... so free time is little left

My question was:

Probably do not even make sense to get out a message during installation that a supported platform is not supported.

Maybe it makes more sense to understand why?

That message is only seen in the installer not the actual yos install. Your still hung up on fixing the installer when i don't care about the installer.

Sure, OSInstaller private framenwork is present only inside the installer

Over and out

Thanks for the help!

Still the same problem even when I manually load fakesmc. It shows up using kexystat, so I think it loads properly.
