iMäcen
Could have worked, but it didn't. It went back to the state where only 1024x768 resolution worked. Thanks for the advice though.

iMäcen
Yes, it's PCIe and it has device ID 71c6. I don't want to return this one too. I have already returned the HIS 1600XT (71c0). I hope Neo will fix support for the 71c6 too.
~Neo
The ATIRadeonX1000.kext in the installer has these device id's: x1900 - 7240 x1800 - 7100 x1600 - 71c0 x1300 - 7140 FireGL3400 - 71d0 His x1650 is 71c6 This is not my fault, sorry! My installer says: X1600 = 0x71C01002&0xFFF0FFFF And this means: EVERY card with a device id 71Cx (x stands for an variable) is recognized! I dont know what is the problem yet! I will try to fix it! I might get a new Dell at work soon and if I hear that a X1300 was working, I'm going to put one in the new PC.

iMäcen
My card works now. I reinstalled JaS 10.4.7 and chose the X1600 package. Once it booted everything looked great. Now I have QE and CI. DVI on one output works just like before. Though I have problem with VLC crashing when trying to play clips. Thanks Neo and Borisbadenov for the packages and all the time you spend on make this work for us OS X lovers.
