Sico Posted August 28, 2008 Share Posted August 28, 2008 O.K guys i did manage to save my rom version 5.23 for IPILB-LB that works with JAS 10.5.4 client Mac OSX86. for people who have version 5.06 like igotjshoe, please follow the link below ( or the picture below much easier to follow) to tell you how to turn your vista 64 if you have into real administrator control so you will be able to use the Amiflash to save your bios without any USB drive or floppy drive as I just did now. Audio says its working, but frankly I use 3rd party hardware audio addons so not that concerned to check the outputs [never owned a computer that didnt have ANY speaker built in before] but my 828 is working like a champ [mk1 as well] so if I can sort out this ralink network adapter or just get a replacement and be done. Are you guys getting anything out of the tv cards and stuff? I have Q6600 with Nforce mobo and I have to specify CPUS=1 to have stable system. Otherwise I would either have kernel panic or unstable system. Any one had success with nforce mobo ?? Kabyl just reply to me and mod the bios version 5.23 for IPILB-LB ASUS MOBO to work without cpus=1 and to work with full force of the quad cores cpu I tried today on MOBO and voila, works like nuclear bomb fully working system, hurray. if any one wants the link pay me $5 dollars OH! I only now need a driver for that graphic card Nvidia Geforce 9500GS so I can choose different setting.
