I just did the opposite test and tried installing macOS Sequoia 15.5 using the same procedure, and it worked perfectly.

So it's definitely the Tahoe beta 1.

So I downloaded the full installer twice yesterday and tested both versions, always with the same result.

Likely incompatible SMBIOS.

Try to choose one of these:

Yes, I changed from MacBookPro15,3 to MacBookPro16,3.  It appears, however that MacBookPro16,1 worked for me.  That got me up to the last boot.  Now I have new problems to resolve.  Thanks for moving me along.

After spending a whole day trying to do a clean install and failing to do so, I've decided to upgrade my spare macOS Sequoia to Tahoe and it went without any issue up to the welcome screen, then I realized I don't have USB connctivity.

Good thing is that I've had screen sharing enabled so I can control Tahoe from another system until I sort out the USBs issue.

Oh Boy! Is it just me or the UI is really ugly?

I have no USB connect to my friend

I can't post here, because not show up internet, not working IntelMausi.kext and not works many combinations of USB ports, kexts, APCI SSDTS...just install fine and fast but, when boot only my entire TrackPad works fine all functions, keyboard battery monitor etc. 😉

Is this with the 6800XT card?

Thanks, any special changes that had to be done to get past the black screen?

There was no such thing as black screen while updating from Sequoia to Tahoe, the black screen was a part of a wide system freeze and I suspect the USB and the whole kexts/acpi tables not being injected correctly is the root cause, it's a hunch though, but I'm pretty sure with the next updates to OC and the Kexts this issue will be resolved.

I'm not using WEG, I'm using DeviceProperties to activate my GPU

P.S.

If any of you guys wanna try upgrading from Sequoia i strongly suggest to enable Screen Sharing before hand so if you lose USBs you can control your system remotely otherwise the whole process will be a waste of time.

Congratulations @kidooe im not try install on my desktops but I can imagine that SMBIOS is importante. Thanks for your help! Here only my trackpad works, run command to find ports is busy

sudo kextunload /System/Library/Extensions/AppleUSBXHCI.kext
sudo kextload /System/Library/Extensions/AppleUSBXHCI.kext
ioreg -p IOUSB -w0
log stream --predicate 'eventMessage contains "USB"' --info

Mind sharing those settings please so I can try with my 6800 non XT.

Sure thing, the only caveat is the fans will spin non-stop which I don't mind them working because it keeps the GPU cooler.

Let me know how it goes.

@eSaF @Irish_Man @surenmunoo and anyone else whom had issues with the installer not working:

Urika!

I've found the culprit for all the headaches and stalling. I disabled all the USB related kexts and only used SSDT-UIAC.aml as @kidooe suggested in and I'm doing a clean install of macOS Taco! USB ports work just fine :D

I'm using MacPro7,1 SMBIOS with the updated OC and the kexts from @lorys89 post without any beta boot args.

Thanks guys!

Do we have to generate this SSDT-UIAC.aml file?

Yes we do, it can be done with Hackintool. We've(Me and @SavageAUS) explained it in my macOS Sierra Guide several years ago but Hackintool makes it easier to do.

Do you have the mapping kext?

Report the ports here on the SSDT-XHC.aml.zip

Follow this little scheme to enable/disable ports
and to map connectors

The first line enables ( One ) / disables ( Zero ) the port
The second defines the connector

USB-CONNETTORI.png.7e6f1e370ddec65999579a428a173363.png

For  500 , 600 , 700 ... mobo need modify this line

USB-.png.a93d373cbd0be7fb35e98024d44ab76d.png

or send the kext...if you want

Thanks but I already had that. Although I had a thought... When booting without weg I got the Apple logo and progress bar with the mouse cursor so I thought well it's booted. I noticed the HDD activity light on my case was on "busy". I have a HDD formatted as exfat that causes issues with Disk Utility taking its time to load the disks. So I disconnected any SATA drives and rebooted and viola I'm in :D
