Hello ...

its work with my Motherboard  Asus TUF Z390-PLUS GAMING (WI-FI) ?

If you OpenCore EFI already works on Catalina. Just follow the guide.

Do you know why I get this error "hdiutil: makehybrid failed - internal error"

Thanks

Apparently you pasted all code together on Terminal. Try line by line.

- Replaced detach command when creating ISO.

- Thanks @ham4ever

- Added instruction to run one line at time.

Thanks for your help. May I suggest you highlight “Then run on Terminal (One line at a time)”

in a different colour?

I was getting this error too. If I copy and past to the TextEdit it was ok but when I past it in Terminal I would get the error. I had to copy & past a few times to get it to work. I think it’s a bug in the OS

Hi there,

I was hoping one of the experts here could kindly help me with my OC efi. I installed Big Sur with a real Mac and then Quit at the initial setup and installed it in my Hack. My Catalina OC efi works great but intantly fails with Big Sur. I tried the efi provided in the first post and it boots about 3/4 of the way and then an error keeps looping. I wonder if my efi can be corrected. Thanks

@fastfwd Your PlatformInfo is very wrong! Did you pasted from Clover config.plist?

- DataHub and SMBIOS don't have to be here.

- Generic -> MLB, SystemSerialNumber and SystemUUID are empty.

I assumed that your platform is iMac18,2 (alright?). I generated SMBIOS with GenSMBIOS and fixed your config.plist

@fastfwd Sorry. I didn't saw before.

I fixed a lot of errors in your config.plist.

The SMBIOS previously in your config maybe wrong. I think Kaby Lake processor need to be iMac18,1 with iGPU and iMac18,3 with dGPU.

Try this and tell me: config.plist
