Here you go:D

USB SSDT-1.9.4.zip

Hmm I can see that all your ports are marked as "Internal". That is weird. What happens when you select all your ports, delete them, then refresh and export?

Sorry for the late reply, I'm on a 4-day holiday at this moment:D

I followed the instruction: Find all 2.0 and 3.0 ports, delete those not being used and export

I'm pretty sure I did it correctly since the kext it generated works

The second ssdt I provided was even generated under the kext loaded(And yes, this time I deleted all then export)

Right now I'm away from my hack but when I go home is there anything I can provide to help figuring this out?

Thanks again for the help!

Can you try doing this again with Hackintool v1.9.5 and attach USBPorts.kext and the SSDT files here? Also can you attach ~/Library/Preferences/com.Headsoft.Hackintool.plist.

Absolutely :)

I’ll try it after I go back home tomorrow

Generated by the latest Hackintool v1.9.6

Unfortunately, it results the same.

I've attached following files for you:

-SSDT-EC.aml

-SSDT-UIAC.aml

-SSDT-USBX.aml

-USBPorts.kext

-com.Headsoft.Hackintool.plist

USB-SSDT-1.9.6.zip

Thanks for helping me look at this. Please try v1.9.7.

Hi friends!

Just a question... I'va donde the USB patch, following all the instructions... but the hackintool app generates 3 files:
SSDT-UIAC.aml
SSDT-USBX.aml
USBPorts.kext

Do I need to put all that files in EFI folder for a right working of the USB ports? I mean: USBPorts.kext in EFI⁩ ▸ ⁨EFI⁩ ▸ ⁨CLOVER⁩ ▸ ⁨kexts⁩ ▸ others
and SSDT-UIAC.aml / SSDT-USBX.aml in EFI⁩ ▸ ⁨EFI⁩ ▸ ⁨CLOVER⁩ ▸ ⁨ACPI⁩ ▸ patched

for the moment, I did it like that and everything seems to work ok ... but I would like to know if it is necessary to put all the files or just the kext in EFI⁩ ▸ ⁨EFI⁩ ▸ ⁨CLOVER⁩ ▸ ⁨kexts⁩ ▸ others
or the aml files in EFI⁩ ▸ ⁨EFI⁩ ▸ ⁨CLOVER⁩ ▸ ⁨ACPI⁩ ▸ patched

Is it only one of the two options or should I do both?

many thanks!!

Either use the created USBports.kext or the generated SSDT's. One or the other. Both have the same result.

Correct. If you click on the "i" tab on the bottom in Hackintool within the USB section the installation instructions are there..

Might be a bit out of topic but what does it mean if it doesn't display the GPU info? I have a Rog Strix Vega 64. Are these cards bad for hackintoshing? Anyone who might be able to help me I can offer 100USD. My issue is with the system crashing as soon as I start GPU intensive tasks like launching a game or working in Unity game engine. Otherwise a flawless experience. PM me

Hi headkaze

I am here again with a question...

I have my Hack, mobo GA Z370 HD3, intel i5 8400, etc

And when I open hackintool, this is the information that appears:

391595

So, I know that I need to click on "FrameBuffer" in Hackintool top menu and select the MacOS version I am using
When I do that (Mojave 10.14), it appears:

391598
391599

I see that there is a value (0x3E920000) in System Info... But, is it this value correct for my GPU?

Or, like I could see in several posts and guides, it will be better others values? For example:
"Coffee Lake CPU - Only for MacOS 10.13.6 (17G2112+) and 10.14.X

  • UHD-630 IGPU = 0x3E920003 or 0x3E910003 "

if I change the value in PlatformID to one of this, that appears:

391600
391602

So... I do not know if I should change these values and if there is a risk that my hack will not boot, or that the connectors (like the hdmi for example) will not work correctly, etc.

Everything seems to work fine in the hack, except... repeatedly when the hack go to sleep, it takes about 10 seconds in return when i active the keyborad or mouse... or in some cases, there is just a black screen and no signal appears in the monitor...

I was reading a lot, and apparently this problem with the sleep mode is related to these values of the platformid, frambuffer, etc... I really don't know, I'm a bit of a novice in such precise Hack's configurations

can you please help me? many thanks!!

Any reason for the unknown?

They are just recommended models and the data is not 100% accurate or up to date. The file is located in Hackintool.app/Contents/Resources/Intel/Models.plist. If anyone wants to add models to this file I can put it in a future update.

Look here all the other applications are showing it, why not Hackintool? Maybe this can lead me to some interesting discovery as to why the card is crashing perhaps :D

I would have thought it would detect your video card but maybe not. It's really only a section for Intel GPU's anyway (hence the logo). AFAIK AMD cards are not recommended in Hackintoshes and I've never tried to configure one. I have a laptop with an nVidia card but it's disabled when I boot into macOS anyway. I boot into Windows if I want to play a game or use the nVidia GPU (which is seldom these days).

For some reason the PlatformID selection dropdown menus in Hackintool 2.0.3 are screwed up? For example, when I select Skylake in the first dropdown list (IntelGen), I get the PlatformIDs from the Sandy Bridge list (0x00030010, 0x00030030, 0x00040000, etc) in the second dropdown list.

Can you give me detailed instructions on how I can replicate this and attach any files necessary.
