    Lilu Suite builder

Is this based on my build_lilu script? If so a credit would be nice.

    Intel FB-Patcher v1.6.5

Okay thanks, should be fixed in 1.6.5.

The ioreg.txt you've generated was not using the "-l" flag in the command line. Please try again.

For some reason the file you attached is zero bytes.

Can you please run "ioreg -l >ioreg.txt" from Terminal and post your ioreg.txt here.

I don't think it's necessary to support these types of ports. Only USB ports on XHC and EHC controllers need injection.

    Intel FB-Patcher v1.6.5

That's correct. FB-Patcher will store your ports so you can do them in batches (now that the port limit patch no longer works). Just select the port and delete it from the list or select all the ports and delete them then click the refresh button to read ports from ioreg. I don't believe you need to inject these types of ports. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Do they show up in IORegistery and show a device when you plug it in? I'm not even sure they need to be defined in USBPorts.kext. If they are I may need to add support for internal USB3 hubs. If they do show up please run "ioreg -l >ioreg.txt " from Terminal and attach it here.

    Intel FB-Patcher v1.6.5

I've identified the issue and have uploaded FB-Patcher 1.6.2 which should fix it. I've also updated the instructions. Thanks for your help.

    Intel FB-Patcher v1.6.5

@douirc @SavageAUS is helping me to figure out why the SS ports do not turn green when plugging in a USB3 device. Once that's figured out I'll make the appropriate changes. There is no XHCI-200-series-injector.kext anymore; but you may need XHCI-unsupported.kext. I will be updating the instructions as soon as we figure out the first issue.

    > Ran FB-Patcher again, but now all the ports were disabled except the ones with my mouse and keyboard. Yes, my bad please try FB-Patcher 1.6.0. They should stay green now. > Ran FB-Patcher and now see a bunch of SS lines that weren't there before. Tried thumb drive on ports but everything already in green stayed green and none of the new SS lines turned green, so I deleted all of those and finally exported the USBPorts.kext (content below) Hmmm that's not right. For one thing I don't expect extra SS ports to show up when using the -uia_exclude_ss boot arg. I'll have to take a look when I get home.

    macOS Mojave 10.14.1 is out

There is currently no known working port limit patch at this time. We now have a work around with USBInjectAll.kext (0.7.0+) using -uia_exclude_* flags to disable ports and configure them in groups. You can follow RehabMan's updated guide or use my Intel FB-Patcher utility to help you discover the ports. There is a guide in the first post and feedback is welcome.

The patch was created by me based on a previous PMHeart patch (83fb0f0f 83030500 00). As I explained I simply searched for his original patch removing a byte at a time until it was found. There could very well already be a patch like it out there. From what I can gather though it doesn't work anyway.
