XsaGti Posted September 7, 2007 Share Posted September 7, 2007 I have a big problem with my hackintosh. when MacOSX is running, the pointer of mouse stop, and few seconds later the monitor go to black, and few seconds later monitor work again. But this pass many times, and don't work with MacOSX. somebody say me what is the problem??? And other question. what is the best configuration of the BIOS? Thanks for yuor interest!! Only thing you need to do is upgrade the kernel to get the correct bus timing. Has someone a kext for the jmicron controller? (i think it is jmicron right?) But not in my current set up :S problem is my computer goes to sleep but i cant wake it up via my wireless keyboard and mouse . (Had same problem with my Imac G5 it refuses to see the the microsoft wireless mouse and keyboard in sleep mode) if I put a coort keyboard/ mouse it does work! Also I highly discourage hitting the powerbutton on your pw5 dh deluxe when it is sleeping unless you 100% have to. About 50% of the time I will reboot and go into single user mode to find I have new errors. emig647 Posted October 3, 2007 Share Posted October 3, 2007 Yah I usually reboot into single user mode and do fsck's once in a while. One time I had MAJOR errors and disk utility couldn't fix it. I thought my OSX86 system was hosed. Then I found drive genius. Took 7 attempts to repair it, but it got it! Cice Posted October 4, 2007 Share Posted October 4, 2007 hey guys, anyone of you have 10.4.10 with p5w dh working? 10.4.9 works fine, but the 10.4.10 kernel seems to have problems with my sata controller/drives. i have the controller configured as raid, because my vista drive is a raid 0 array, so no chance to change that. im running osx on a seperate (non-raid) drive. Is there any pacth for this Jmb ide controller? or some like that?
