Im trying to patch type0->BiosSegment as suggested by bs0d to prevent firmware check error during installation.

Would that eliminate the need for FF & FFM in Defaults.plist ?

I built the rom image will test it after I am done with the russian method which failed with Apple Installer but might still work with Pacifist (under test atm)

@cecekpawon you´re the man :D

It works I write this from a freshly installed HighSierra Copy just using OZ :D

Well I think "Ooops you did it again" with a little help from @bsod pointing you in the right direction. OZ does now boot and install HighSierra like a breeze thank you for that :D

You're welcome my friend, you need also to change bios date, for example: iMac14,4 IM144.88Z.0179.B30.>170501<1718  red numbers are Bios Date and it will be: 05/01/2017, this is why in OzmosisDefaults we will set it like that:

Bios Date

05/01/2017

Bios Version

iMac14,4 IM144.88Z.0179.B30.1705011718

what is the actual SMC rev ?

- Try to: mount your ESP, search for EFI/APPLE/UPDATERS/MULTIUPDATER/*.smc if any, and run this command

- Copy from Clover source which heavily maintained by our friend @Sherlocks

- Or grab it from real macs :)

First link doesn't work

Interesting, thanks, I will update mine. Any how to mod DMI tables like FredWst said in the earlier posts? When I open my Bios file with AMIBCP and after I finish the mod and need to save it, the application crash when I click on save, but with last Z87X-UD4H it worked and not with this Z97M-DS3H :wallbash:

AMIBCP 5.02.0023

Treasure, please, tell me where you come from :hysterical:  :wink_anim: !

Hi, my hackintosh is ready for macOS 10.13 now and this is all I have done:

1. Update Ozmosis to cecekpawon's oz2a
2. Edit OzmosisDefaults

<key>BiosDate</key>
<string>05/01/2017</string>
<key>BiosVersion</key>
<string>IM141.88Z.0118.B46.1705011412</string>
<key>FirmwareFeatures</key>
<integer>0xE907F537</integer>
<key>FirmwareFeaturesMask</key>
<integer>0xFFFFFFFF</integer>

All done, no FakeSmc update necessary!
(I'm using SmcEmulatorKext with SMC-Version: 1.30f3)

Thanks very much  :thumbsup_anim:

@Kynyo Yes I know and I did it yesterday night, but I just tried this morning to modify the DMI tables, and the AMIBCP keep crashing when I try to save the modified bios on both windows and OS X

@Aigors Ok, i'll do it when i'll be back at home this night!
