@surfcaster tutto vero ma non serve più dopo l'avvento del nuovo WhateverGreen 1.2.0 che ha inglobato nvidiagraphicsfixup, intelgraphicsfisup e shiki. Quindi se si vuole mantenere il passo con i tempi, e già poter usare mojave con profitto si ottempera alla soluzione indicata sopra dal mio post

Ciao a tutti, dopo molti mesi mi riaffaccio al mondo hackintosh. Avrei bisogno di un consiglio per una scheda video che funzioni nativamente con Sierra... Purtroppo la mia gtx650 inizia a darmi dei problemi e credo che ormai siamo alla frutta. Il budget a disposizione si aggira intorno ai 150€. Ho addocchiato una amd radeon rx560, potrebbe andare o ci sarebbero problemi? Grazie a tutti

Uso un RX 560 Asus 2GB, in questo momento sta andando molto bene, ma la mia cartella EFI è fatta da Mald0n, è perfettamente riconosciuta dalla porta audio HDMI inclusa anche se non l'ho provata dal momento che il mio monitor è solo DVI, ho trovato questo SSDT-RX-560.aml attraverso il forum, non Ricordo dove e cosa stavo usando, ma ora non più, se hai bisogno di una copia della mia cartella EFI, per favore mandami una privata e te la invierò con piacere SSDT-RX-560.aml

Problemi pari a ZERO e te lo dico per esperienza diretta usi LILU + WhateverGreen senza nessuna flag particolare nel config e buonanotte PS: adoro il salame con l'aglio

I updated my post to elaborate a bit more on some scenarios where extra patching might be necessary but for most people WhateverGreen does most of the work automatically.

I think you should assume you don't. At the very least though you should choose an ig-platform-id suitable for your system and place it in config.plist/Devices/Properties. In most cases if your DVMT is set to 32 MB in your BIOS and can't be changed and you don't feel confident enough to use setup_var / GRUB you should set framebuffer-stolenmem / framebuffer-fbmem. If you want your system to have more VRAM you can set framebuffer-unifiedmem. If you need to disable your EGPU then set disable-external-gpu. DP -> HDMI patching is now automatic so not necessary. For my system I need to set framebuffer-pipecount / framebuffer-portcount to 2 and framebuffer-con2-type to -1 to disable connector 2 otherwise it won't go to sleep. I did also have to set framebuffer-con0-flags to 0x00000090 to remove the CNConnectorAlwaysConnected flag to enable my laptop's internal eDP screen to work on < 10.13.6 but now that Coffee Lake support has been added my screen works okay without it (albeit with a 5 minute black screen on boot). Buongiorno. Volevo segnalare che con lo script indicato, creato da gengik84, sono riuscito ad installare Mojave b4 e a farlo girare perfettamente. Grazie a tutti. A Gengik84 chiedo solo un ultima cosa. Nella ultima EFI che mio hai girato non c'è la UEFI shell. E' normale oppure sbaglio qualcosa nell'impostazione di Clover? Cosa devo fare per attivarla?

I changed the value of the DefaultBackgroundColor property to 0xBFBFBF (gray). I also added a property "BlackMode=0", to explicitly require gray boot, but I don't think this is necessary. I'm going to rebuild without it to test. Also works with 0xF0F0F0, or maybe, any other color.

I have no 10.14 and recent Clover is good.

Rev 4623 correctly shows conicGradient Rainbow.svg.zip And a Clover to collection. It is much heavier then badruzeus one. Clover.svg.zip

Well, I had to ask Mald0n for help because last week I suffered the 2nd intervention in the left eye and the other one is not exactly what I see, it helped me a lot with the DSDT and my Clover folder, it put me back to the SMBios iMacx 12.2 well thought out is the one that corresponds to me by hardware (except for the graph), the only downside is that now I must use the flag: -no_compat_check and I do not know what happened with the updates because I never did it that way. Returning to the subject of the post I must say that with this SMBios iMac 12.2 jpeg preview works and everything is functional, rest works, wake up audio included, what will I say? Negative. It is used as a stand alone driver that loads the apfs driver from it's original location. No verbose dialog hence no patching required. Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk

Updated kernel mainly for Ryzen. Bus frequency is fixed thanks to help from AlGrey. L3 Cache detection also fixed. Next step is the core/thread issue. Source is still on 10.13.3 while waiting on Apple.
