Hopefully this is compatible w/ 10.6.8. I have a multiboot: 10.6.8, 10.7.4, and 10.8.5 while Chameleon is installed on the 10.6.8 partition. The latest one I found to work with my setup has been Chameleon 2.1 r2069.

I just tested it and it's not compatible. I just get a "Waiting for DSMOS" error 10.6.8, and I get a spinning dotted line loop on the 10.7.4 intro. Guess I gotta revert back.

Hello ErmaC!

 

PNY Quadro 4000 (10de,06dd) is recognized and bootable with flag GraphicsEnabler=Yes. Systemprofiler shows up with PCIe x16, 2,5 GT/s. Normally the linkspeed should be 5,0 GT/s. I think, that this is not only a cosmetical problem, because the performance is only 2/3 of the one, that I had with the GTS 8800 on my Asus P6T Deluxe Ver. 1, by using your DSDT for the i7 920. I can exclude, that is something wrong with the bios settings or a devective card, because one Win the card performs in it´s normal range. I run OSX 10 8.5 vanilla install with the vanilla Nvidia kexts. Same weak performence with OSX and Web drivers, also with version 2266 too. Enoch or Chameleon does not matter.

 

Could it be, that there is something wrong in the definitons of Chameleon for the Quadro 4000, that is shrinking down it´s performence level?

Can you please have a look at this definitions?

Confirmed that it is compatible with Lion 10.7.0 on my X58 system + GTX 480 combo.

I see the 10.10 install with chameleon v.2380 to the EFI it work very good, could you add the option to install on EFI.

I don't know those with work anything with boot0 error, sorry on this one, because I am just a newbee on the boot loader.

Great bootloader , thank you. My system (i7 3770k, Gigabyte GA-Z77-DS3H , on board HD4000 , SSD Samsung 840 PRO) works perfectly (I had to delete Intel HD kext to work).

I have just two things that I would like to resolve, like "null - fall back to old smc mode" message during boot and that I need -f even if I used Pandora Box to rebuild cache and repair permissions.

Anyone can help me? thank you

Upgraded from 2377 to 2391.  Version 2391 appears to have turned off the Displayports on my AMD 7970

hello. ive noticed that the latest chameleon doesnt have any modules. i need the kernel patcher module cause i get the lapic kernel panic.

An issue for me, both Yosemite and Lion partitions don't boot anymore with r2391.

I switched back to r2380 with success for both.

Thanks a lot anyway for r2380 that is fully functionnal for me.

 

Issue : boot stops just after displaying "AppleKeyStore Starting"

(same with Lion and Yosemite).
