So mac minis are all intel 945 chipsets, other macs are P31 and up. The mac pros true chipset is a server chitset due to the dual processor boards. i hope this litte bit helps use find better boards that work. Vanilla tested, I think the JAS installation uses the ChameleonEFI. Customize with ToH 9.2 kernel, sata, nforce4, LAN and audio drivers. Installed straight onto Nvidia-sata srive. ASUS A8N-SLI PREMIUM CHIPSET: NFORCE 4 BIOS: ? stock BIOS settings: nothing special, OCed a little... AUDIO: AC'885 (onboard) with AC'97 driver (on disc, so o.o. LAN: Marvell Yukon and Nforce both o.o.b with forcedeth and nvidia respectively. SATA and IDE: Same, oob with correct options. CPU: AMD64 X2 4400+ (toledo?) 2.5ghz (oced) Profiler: "MAC system product name AMD64" blah blah .. funny, no?
