patatester
eye eye captain. i will go over some of the code, huntin for bugs tonight. i will slowly start helping out again here. still seems like there are formware loading errors... only one person had a log with 353 that did not have any firmware loading errors. anyways, i might be wrong as i only gave it a quick glance, nevertheless i will be online tonight and will go over the code. good work so far jalavoui, and thanks to everyone else for contributing their logs. patatester, can you check iwi3945 code? small changes are all it takes to make it work Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/36976-intel-wireless-driver/page/73/#findComment-350538 Share on other sites
jalavoui
iwi3945 rev 354 more hacking... http://code.google.com/p/iwidarwin/ patatester, you should try old code for start() - i changed due to kernel panic. if you can use it back you might make the driver work also check ipw_up() there's also a issue with radio on/off. i don't know why it keeps turning off for those with xcode: if you're connected to internet you can check the differences in xcode on a fille with this just press the info on a fille and selecte the svn tab and press the "compare" button iwi2100 rev 355 last rev is giving kernel panic - this one should be the same boot with -s and post the picture if so Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/36976-intel-wireless-driver/page/73/#findComment-350568 Share on other sites

fumanju
just wondering, is it supposed to say "3945" under the "Supported Hardware"? EDIT: also wanna ask, Network Selector? the guide said to use it to configure the card and that it'd be included in the DMG... EDIT2: forget that last part...read that Network Selector doesnt work with 3945...sorry, i'll make a log in a bit, thanks for all the hard works...
