Well, this beta performs very well... I have the CPU at 5.3Ghz P-Core, and 4.3Ghz E-Core... and it performs the same as in version 13.0 (22A380) at 5.4Ghz P-Core/4.4ghz E -Cores...

Updating now. Might as well ask this here, cause its annoying but not game breaking: since the first Ventura beta (updated from Morrisey), incremental updates (with around 1 to 1,5gb in size, such as from beta 2 to beta 3 etc.) download fine, and then fail almost immediately (during the first stage of check/installation). Then Software Update downloads the entire installer, and the install works fine. I would have to say that between the 10-11 betas I tried, only 2 or 3 incremental updates worked - for all other updates, the entire Ventura beta installer was downloaded (11GB).

Is this a problem with my install? Some sort of corruption of the pre-boot/updates partition?

Many people, including myself, had this problem due to BlueToolFixup.kext.  Recent versions fixed this.  If you use this kext, make sure it's updated to the most current version.

Thank you for this, I must've missed this info in the Ventura pre-release thread. The thing is, I'm always using up-to-date kexts (latest auto-builds from the repositories).. so I'm thinking it could be something else, in my case.

i'm lazy : i stay with the latest OC 0.8.3 release : why change something that works, maybe I will wait for OC 0.9.0 🤣

Ventura Beta 13.1 update without issues on CoffeeLake/UHD630.   Running with OC 0.8.5 EFI here.  Thanks OC developers and everyone who continues to make our hacks possible!

Great news! :)

As someone else here said, 13.1 Beta is a good reason to "run away screaming" and disable Beta updates until at least June 2023 (or thereabouts). :D
So, this is what I did here -
Betas not for me anymore, for now.
