Hi @MaLd0n,

 

I have a pretty vanilla and very stable installation of Mojave with Clover but I am also getting kernel panics on reboot/shutdown. It is always an uninterruptible processor KP, and I am very lost.

 

Any help or pointers appreciated.

Hi @MaLd0n

 

i replaced the entire EFI folder, rebooted and reran the RunMe.app like you requested.

 

I did get a Kernel Panic when I rebooted earlier, attaching the report after booting up.

Hi! I wanted to test the system a little more because I noticed the sleep issue still exists. Kernel problems gone for all, thanks to you. Anyways during sleep it's still wakes up and stay awake. Or restart the whole system. The restarting happened only 2 times but the awakening is more often. Maybe it's help if I tell you I have an MSI B250m Mortar motherboard.

 

I ran a new SendMe

 

Oh, and USB 3 still not on full speed

the ioreg and logs looks very good, about usb try a vanilla solution, ur usb oem ssdt is SSDT-4-xh_rvp08.aml

Still wakes up.

One thing to mention... before yesterday I noticed my bios started to lag so badly. Now it's lagging every time when I boot into it. Now it's possible my restart is more like hardware related than OS. If I remember well I had this bios lag issue on another computer and the PSU died after a while. I'm not a bios troubleshoot expert but if I'm correct that can be Memory, PSU or the Motherboard itself.

Need help on the same issue as OP (kernel panic on user issued reboot/shutdown). Not sure if I have a NVRAM or any other issues as well since I'm a novice at this. I'm on post install housekeeping and bumped into this issue.

 

I've taken the liberty to attached the "RunMe.app" generated file.

You're a savior; thanks so much for your help. Your new EFI solved the kernel panic issue and reboot/shutdown works perfectly. I'm almost 100% on this build. I only have (what I think minor) iMessage and Continuity to fix and I'll be golden.

 

Out of curiosity, can you tell me what where the fix actions? This might help me understand the process for future reference.

bios/uefi have a native devices, why rename devices and inject new with ssdt?

Good morning, 

I'm trying to Update to Mojave 14.6, but Clover Update it doesn't work even it says Successful installation

but then after reboot still in current version. 

Anyway I'm not shure if that will help to solve Kernel Panics.

 

Problems:

- Kernel Panics randomly, and also meanwhile I process audio files.

- Sleep mode works, but keeps trying to wake up. Starting funs every 20 seconds.

- Can't Update Clover

the problem is here, many rename patches, these patches rename many devices into ur tables

a correct patches is
