Solution: simply the file ImageIO.Framework and preview app from 10.9.5 to 10.10.1, system cache renew , picture Preview in Safari are now ok. I hope that this information with all arrived. Andy, Bronya and 虎千代 ist it to be compensated possible this error / expenditure also in the kernel? many thanks can you upload here these files from 10.9.5 for your solution? They'll work for 10.10.3, just see in the past to any version of OS X... 10.10.1: No new kernel (just like 10.8.1/10.9.1/etc...). At least it's my impression... With Chrome Canary no bugs Desktop and launchpad colors are perfect Login screen is still pink AppStore works fine in System Settings opening and element is a bit laggier compared to Mavericks Screenshot is working fine Even my old IDE DVD-drive works with AppleATiATA.kext Found a glitch: in Finder if I click on full-screen view, the opening animation is a bit weird with black background.
