To me its working without problem...installed over PB1.

Me to...its probably GPU problem, what GPU are you using?

(( Because if i enter FakeID and non-my bios is loaded i see logo, now there is than problem with acceleration so that is not fix...one guy made a fix for DP1 or 2, but never for other one... ))

I use a discrete card, NVDIA Geforce GT620.

DP5 restores correct functioning of Clover's launch daemon so NVRAM.plist is saved on shutdown again (without @pokenguyen's logout hook) ---> last booted volume is remembered, iMessage OK etc :).

To remove the old logout hook, type in OSX terminal....

sudo defaults delete com.apple.loginwindow LogoutHook

If you have a Apple Dev account you can download the full installer that is up to date just fyi, use this command in terminal to create the installer: (make sure you change the /Volumes/Untitled section to the name of your USB volume name)

sudo /Applications/Install\ OS\ X\ Yosemite\ Developer\ Preview.app/Contents/Resources/createinstallmedia --volume /Volumes/Untitled --applicationpath /Applications/Install\ OS\ X\ Yosemite\ Developer\ Preview.app --nointeraction

Actually, the same script will work with the Public Beta - just substitute "Beta" for "Developer Preview" above (in addition to substituting the name of your USB for the one listed above.  Then install your boot loader of choice - because of issues I've been having installing Clover, I'll be using the latest Chameleon for the finish of stick creation.

Graphics Radeon 5770. After update from DP4 to DP5 no QE/CI and artefacts, AMD kexts don't loaded at all. 5000 Controller kext has right ID in plist, Clover recognizes card as 5770, in system information card ID is right. Error in log:

05/08/14 19:06:29,000 kernel[0]: ** GPU Hardware VM is disabled (multispace: disabled, page table updates with DMA: disabled)

Any ideas what i can do?

sudo /usr/sbin/softwareupdate --set-catalog https://swscan.apple.com/content/catalogs/others/index-10.10seed-10.10-10.9-mountainlion-lion-snowleopard-leopard.merged-1.sucatalog.gz

After this restart your PC and go to the AppStore see Update.

Updated Beta1 toDP5 and everything is working perfect. Reformatted my SSD with Mavericks 10.9.4 as I found DP5 stable for my needs. The problems with cracks and keygen on dxo viewpoint and Onone software plugin for photoshop is solved with DP5 hence I dump my Mavericks as I found DP5 faster and colorful.

Same problem here.

It might be Clover 2795. It was fine with Clover 2777

After update to DP 5 my system restart after 2min.

What is wrong?I use Clover 2795 and in Library/preferences/systemConfiguration/Com.apple.boot.plist I added kext-dev-mode=1

Thanks......

I don't understand how you guys have this working quite good while I can't even boot sometimes.
It'd either reboot or get into this sticky black screen after boot, I don't know what to do I spent the whole day trying to sort this out with no luck.

Any help would be great :'(
