I believe that unless the boot disk sequence is misidentified by the booloader, the default installation Target disk in this app is indeed the Startup disk. At least, this is the case in my system. I have two installs: MacOSX and MacOSX-Bak. the second one appears selected by default when booted to both of them. anyway, it's not an issue since I know now that I need to change it when in MacOSX. many thanks to janek202, again. If you have backup of / partition, it will make mistakes... I'm thinking of a better way to do it. Update soon.
