Hi folks.

@xpamamadeus

Maybe these are the dumbest questions in this thread. So please forgive me if this is OT too....

Your ozmosis_v2_rom Bios is based on GA-Z77x-UD5H F16c mod??? Right? It's an UEFI Bios right?

Can one integrate a SLIC into this Bios for Windows ? (i found this link here

http://forums.mydigi...Dell-EFI-BIOSes

but I'm not sure if I got all this right)

SLIC could be for example the DELL one I attached.

Goal would be an Ozmosis v3 based on GA-Z77x-UD5H F16 (no "c" no beta Bios anymore!) with full MacOSX and Win support (with integrated SLIC).

Would this be possible or am I terribly wrong in understanding your work ??

Now (and not before) I try to get this Gigabyte Mainboard wich is hard to come by lately....

This is great work !!!

Wow superfast reply.

This seems to be good news.

Time for me to get this mainboard. (BTW what ist the difference between rev 1.0 and rev 1.1 ?)

THX!

Edit:

For your convenience a thread about SLIC Modding on GA-Z77x-UD5H:with phoenixtool

http://forums.mydigi...ll=1#post763584

SLIC Bin is only 374 Bytes...

And now I wait patiently ... ;)

Again Thanks for your effort here! This is genius work!

Rev. 1.1 Z77-UD5H board includes 2 minor differences: updated controller chips for VIA USB 3.0 and Atheros ethernet.

Milj ...sorry and sorry again for this my OT.
Asus have released a new bios that covers the graphics, to implement the new cpu, most likely also affects the UEFI, what do you think to try this new bios?

not true.

my its rev 1.0 and work.

there are 4 version of this board i have seen but gigabyte get lazy and dont update revision names when they make some small updates to board.

2 boards i see  are rev 1.0 and 2 of them are rev 1.1

only first version of 1.0 green audio port does not work.

The Rev. 1.0 board to avoid is the blue capacitor board with a space between the DDR3 slots.
