with my custom personalities to get passed the white screen at boot.

it's interesting. On boot, I have the white sreen. Could you explain me

how do you edit and customize ATI6000Controller.kext ?

There is an update to DP4 already coming up in AppStore that I am downloading now. Will post later.

I don't see any any visual or obvious changes. My patched AppleHDA and IONetworkingFamily are left untouched. Safari 6.0 still does not play MS Silverlight. Anyone has noticed changes?

Update: Installed VoodooHDA 272 0.2.1 better quality than 272 and sound is OK for now. Would still like a proper working AppleHDA.kext fix.

Everething works almost perfect for me, Including sleep.
Only one exception: In some apps I income de message "Internal exception Error", may need to be updated some of I think.
So, waiting for GM!

No issues here with dp4-2. Reinstalled Applehda.kext and redid Trim.

Before restarting - after downloading from the app store - you might want to make a copy of the installer package
for save keeping (1gb). It can be found in library/update.

The update worked very good here too. I had to replace the AppleHDA and IONetworkingfamily with the modded ones.

While i "Like" my onboard sound ALC889a, I have now resorted to using my Audigy2 NX USB.
No more patching AppleHDA for me, and 5.1 sound to boot.
