[Dylematic]

Hi i have a problem. i installed OSX Lion everything works fine, but after reboot it wont boot it stuck on the blinking _ ... I think i have to install Chameleon after i reboot.. is there a way to install it over Terminal? I try it but everything i got is a Darwin x86 Loaded and after that again blinking _ thanks

Followed guide and successfully installed Lion on my Asus P5Q3.

No sound but everything seems to work.

How do I get my disk drives to show op on the desktop?

Haven't tried too much but I did clone my install to a backup partition.

Will do some more experimenting to see what works and what doesn't.

I exactly followed the tutorial and when i boot from new partition after language screen its keep saying the following:
Macosx can't be install on this computer
This version of mac osx 10.7 can not be install on this computer.
i can't go further because its only 2 option restore or restart.
I don't know what am doing wrong .Struggling from last week but no luck.
10.6.8 current
Info: Asus P5KPL-CM
Quad core 8200
4 gb ram
9500gt video card.
Please any help!!!!!!

You need to replace the "OSInstall.mpkg" in the "System/Installation/Packages" with the patched version and make sure that you use the correct version according to the DP version.  The DP4 should work fine with the GM version.  Hope this help.

Are your steps supposed to run consecutively from 1 to 9?

Am sorry but could u please let me know where can i find the OSInstall mpkg?
and what step should i replace OSInstall.mpkg , in the last or what step?
I Have GM edition.

You can find the OSInstall from the link below.

In the same Packages folder, you need to delete the original OSInstall and replace it with the one you just download from the link above.

Same mobo, I use Chimera bootloader with no problem.

how come i cannot seem to find the sharedsupport folder on lion gm ?? i got in usually places but when i click contents it doesnt havw that.

please help

Thanks for your help .Really appreciate. So once i delete OSINSTALL.MPKG do i need to rename the file that i downloaded as OSINSTALL or just put it like that.( file i downlaoded name is extra lion DP4.

you have core 2 duo. core duo cant boot 64 bit .
