It was just a list of some things that need to be fixed. ^_^
But if I've post here some will like it and support our Admins, but others can have a bad behavior and offend our admins that has done too much for us.

The post was moved to the correct place for it. :D

Solution: Instant ban. No mercy! :boxing:

Hey guys,

Two things, whenever you log in anonymously, it does not change your previous login status to unknown/hidden/whatever it used to. Also I keep getting weird random 404 errors on pages I'm viewing and then I'm logged out. Just had it happen twice trying to edit a comment.

Let's test

Works!

Just copy the url address, and the Forum will do all the rest alone. ^_^

I have a question about the notification.
Since the new forum software I get no eMail notification.
I have already tried all settings in Notification Settings.
Browser Notification on / off I tried.
What are the correct notification settings for email notification?

@MacPeet

  1. Set 'Notify me of replies' toggle switch  on 'On' when you post in a topic
    Spoiler

  2. Set all 'Email' toggle switches on 'On' in 'Notification Settings'

Everything was done.
Unfortunately still no emails from InsanelyMac for followed threads.

Hi

I like new forum. But I can't use old "Follow button" on threads/topics or download section. He disappeared.

 Thanks

Edit: the new theme seems to be making the follow button invisible

I have discovered two issues with codeboxes. First, they are not collapsible or if they are very long do not have anyway to put a scrollbar for overflow. Second, if you quote someone with a codebox, there is no way to remove the codebox from the quote without completely removing the entire contents of the quote. Also what happened to the raw markdown editing?

The link to a post is now the time that it was posted. It is directly next to the name of the commenter, so (right) click on that to get the link if that's what you want. It no longer displays the post numbers in the topics.

Hi again!!! I've just discoverd that the first post of one of my tread (looong thread) has been recursively and massively  truncated, messing the spoiler tag at the end of the post recursively . It could be easily fixed editing the tags (I can see the original post wit the editor, unfolding the spoiler tags) , but the editor still without the edit code button. Please, is there any chance to recover this button for the editor. The wygiwys editor sometimes is pretty poor.

Yes, this is the last important missing feature in my view.

Just an observation; the forum on tapatalk is extremely slow, sometimes it won't even refresh. Just my :2cents:

Is this topic even being monitored by the site admins anymore? The markup code view button NEEDS to be present, it's much easier to write some stuff out that way, or to edit and add a quote from a previous post. Editing a post and clicking quote on another post used to quote in the post being edited, now it always goes into the new post textbox. There is no way to properly quote a post in an edit. Also there doesn't seem to be any consistency in when post are merged or not, I just tried to fix a post by adding the extra stuff so I could edit it and move the quotes. Except it didn't merge them all, only some even though it was all within like thirty seconds, and I had to delete all the posts and just rewrite it, which is annoying. It has happened multiple times where it appears to have quoted but when it saves there is no quote, so it's getting really annoying....

Just a reminder...

Hi all,

Our forum software was getting quite old, and desperately needed an update to keep functioning. I am very aware that the current design and setup needs serious improvement, but it was performed without notice by the site owners so we didn't have time to prepare like usual.

I hope over the next week we will be able to make some large improvements, so please bear with us while we fix everything up :)

Poco

Some forum issues are due to the current theme (you have to know that it has been made for a previous version of the forum software (IPS 4.1.7) and Poco did his best to lay you something safe in a minimum of time), others to the features simply been removed or recoded.

The biggest work has already been done, but there is still more to do. The silence is known to be a quality, not a default.
